Bought one a few weeks ago, its under cover, trips my board, every time I use it, never had a trouble with our board before...The "chromed" plated skewer on delivery had 2 chips exposing copper,, won't use it I don't want anyone eating "chrome" plating. The enamel irregular... Shame great concept poorly executed...

After 3 months and used 6-10 times the BBQ looks old with the 3 screws the cover the rotissary poles are rusted and left rotissary doesn't slide out. I have never used the rotissary. Unable to take back to bunnings as I was given as a gift.(purchased from bunnings) Great design but build quality not matching the price tag.

When I bought the fusion I absolutely loved it however in recent uses every time I have tried to ignight the burner it trips my electricity. I tried several times to restart it but kept having the same problem. I gave the bbq a thorough clean but still having the same problem.

This is by far the easiest to use and less messy of any charcoal bbq system ive used. Apart from the electric starter system it looks great and has an awesome rotisserie. I use my fusion bbq 1-2 times a week now mostly cooking chickens and kebabs. Once had a problem after an accident while moving house and had to get a spare part, no problems at all. infact they went out of there way to help, not used to that these days. Anyhow highly recommended to anyone who wants an easier and cleaner way of doing charcoal cooking.

I bought a fusion. It was great, then it wasn't. The element failed to heat, and had tripped my breaker after roughly 3 uses. I returned to the shop that I bought it from and they spoke with the rep. I got my BBQ back and it worked. Another dozen or so uses later, my breaker tripped and the element is yet again not putting out any heat.

It's certainly not my wiring, as I've run other items on this circuit with more draw than the BBQ. Steer clear of the electric starter, it's more of a painful gimmick than anything else. Try a charcoal bbq that is started by gas, it will give you far less trouble in the long run.

I should declare: I’m not particularly talented when it comes to cooking (that’s putting it mildly), but I do love delicious food! I found the Fusion easy to assemble and even easier to get started. The Fusion by Heston Blumenthal is an incredibly easy barbeque to use, heats up within 10 minutes and cooks the food to perfection. The impressive look and style of this barbeque makes it a real talking point with guests, we've never before had so many people interested in our previous barbeques. Definitely a 5 star purchase!

Everdure by Heston is a fantastic product - particularly if you have a love for food with an authentic Smokey BBQ flavour. The BBQ is very easy to use and easy to clean. Having moved from a GAS Based BBQ to a coal based BBQ I was sceptical at first but the look, feel, and features of the FUSION with a Rotisserie (all in one combination) has been the best move for us. Gets the charcoal lit quickly every time. I also had the problem with the spit disengaging from the right pedestal, was supplied with new machine replacement, works fine, good service from distributor. Fabulous roast port with crackling, beef fillet using rotisserie; bistecca all Fiorentina (grilled steak with rosemary sprigs in the coals); cevapcici; all excellent. This bbq looks amazing and just stands out like no tomorrow but when cooking for a group of people it does take a while + obviously if used incorrectly you'll have a smoke house in your back yard, but when the food does come out it is mouth watering and delicious!

When you are cooking for a party you want to use the standout rotisserie to impress but on the highest setting with say 5 kilograms of meat the right hand tower falls away under pressure and the spit rod slips, either stops rotating or it falls into your coals, very frustrating.
