Excellent quality and quick delivery
Have not used ezibuy since 2012 and was a bit sceptical due to some reviews inregards to delivery.Placed my order for 5 sheet sets on the 8th of Feb and received it today (14th of Feb).Love my new sheet sets and the quickness of the delivery.Thank you ezibuy,will definitely be back for more purchases.

Returns and Refunds and management of process
Totally disappointed with your return process. I have been avery long term and loyal customer with Ezibuy and over the last 18 months have been very disappointed with your process of purchase and returns of items. Since the 27/12/17 I have returned 4 seperate orders. All have been returned via Australia Post within a dew days and I have had emailed confirmation from Aust Post that these were delivered to Ezibuy within a few days for processing. ealand for processing and from this moment there is no tracking . Your customer service representatives can't tell a customer what is happening to their return and refund. We are told to wait for 15 business days for processing....this is absolutley ridiculous and such bad management on Ezibuy's part that there is no way of checking this progress. To be honest you are severley wasting your staff's time with them having to repeat the same comments over and over with no real support to them either. The customer wants answers not your repeated " wait 15 days then we can lodge a missing parcel". Then surprisingly enough the refund comes through on the 15th day but then takes 3 plus days to hit your account. If one did not know better it would seem that the returned parcel had been received and processed but the refund time was put on hold until the 15th day and then released to the customer. As a matter of interest and funnily enough I have been on a 10 day cruise to New Zealand from Melbourne and been home for 8 days in the time it has still taken for my returns to be processed. I find this ludricous. Ezibuy it would take a lot to impress and buy from you in the future.

Should be called UN-Ezibuy! BEWARE
I placed an order on 28 December 2017. I received the order on 11 January 2018 (yes 14 days later). I then returned some items on 12 January (1 day later), and still today 30 January, they cannot tell me if they have received it or not. Here is a cut and paste of my online chat with customer service today, just to show how ridiculous it is:

It is a lottery
Often when you buy two items they can be totally different, colour is often different than what is displayed online. Some brands better than others, same with quality. Often you will buy full price this week only to get next week's catalogue and the clothes are half price, a bit frustrating

It's a gamble
Some things are great, some things aren't. If you buy frequently enough you get to learn which are the decent brands and which ones should be avoided. I really like the jeans. They're affordable and seem to have maintained their shape. However I've also bought dresses which were terrible plasticky fabric. The good thing is the returns process is pretty effective. For the price they're really poor quality and often not particularly fashionable. Dont pay too much attention to the catalogues because the items rarely look like they do in the catalogue or often aren't available once you try to place an order.
It's a bit of a gamble, sometimes you win, sometimes you dont. Just make sure the item you're ordering is actually a good deal.

Disappointing
I used to buy clothing from Ezibuy however won't anymore as the quality is very poor and sizing inconsistent. Two t-shirts of the exact same style and size, just different colours, were completely different sizes and lengths and had to be returned. I recently placed two orders though for some well known brand of bras and firstly they were on back order due to no stock and then both orders were cancelled. Very disappointing and time wasting when I could have just gone out and purchased them elsewhere instead of waiting for weeks on end! I have cancelled the catalogues.

Quality has dropped
I won't be purchasing again, I am continually returning clothes that are of poor quality and fit. I have been a custom for many years and the standards have declined dramatically.
Also delivery times are horrendous compared to other businesses, sometimes over two weeks.

Bad delivery information and customer service
I placed an order on 27 Mayember and received a standard email regarding the delay of my order due to overwhelming demand. HOwever an hour later I received an email informing me that my order had been despatched. On Monday I checked my order status and was told that the order had arrived at the hub. Not knowing where the hub is I rang the customer service number and spoke to a person called Sophie who checked my order but couldn't give me any information because the website was down and promised to ring me back. To date I have received no response and still don't know the delivery details of my order. I won't be ordering from Ezybuy again.

I rang within an hour of placing an hour to have the delivery address changes. I was told the order was too far along to be changed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Once I have received this order (only my second) I will be NOT shopping with Ezibuy again.

Very disapointed valued customer
Was placing a order today out of there xmas catalogue. Only to be told the item i wanted had been wrongly advertised and wasn't the price that it was in the catalog and they couldn't possibly sell it for that price or honor (there) mistake. I was greeted with a "thanku for being a loyal valued customer ". This i wouldn't have thought would be how you treat a valued customer. Dont think i will be shopping ezibuy any more. Very disapointed.

Too hit and miss. Not reliable enough.
I've shopped at Ezibuy for as long as I can remember. But in recent years the fabrics and cut have been very hit and miss. Jackets and coats that look sturdy and warm on the models have too many times been flimsy and ill fitting as a result. All their jeans seem to have elastine (Even the "relax fit" and "boyfriend" styles), that stretch way out of shape within 1/2 hr of wear. With the different brands, sizing is also hit and miss. Clothes to love in Australian Fittings!
If you haven't logged onto EZIBUY yet to check out their enormous range of clothing, you are missing out. Variety, sizing and quality are fantastic. Not only clothing but just about everything in gifts as well. Not often do I need to make a return, if I do, it is so easy. Highly recommend Ezibuy. An Australian company!

Although I love purchasing EziBuy products especially ladies wear from you, on occasion I have had to return the item and have to pay return postage, as a long term EziBuy customer I believe that returns should be free and/or to be more competitive with other online companies

Very satisfied.
Have been an EZIBUY customer now for a few years and would not hesitate to recommend this retailer. My wardrobe is full of stylish items from EZIBUY, many bought on sale at bargain prices, although if you are in a hurry, probably won't suit you. Delivery can be slow.

I can only totally agree with your opinion. They don't understand that this way they will kill own business since the news about their approach will spread and people will go to the different suppliers. It's behaviour which can go only for short time.

Curious as to why Ezibuy refund the smallest amount back to PayPal, yet the other 2 are still pending 3 days later? The other 2 are of course $360 in total. Only processed the 1 for $68. How long will it take to be completely refunded. Anyone know.
