Fraudulent Company, do not give them a cent of your hard earned money
I purchased two dresses and chose priority shipping. When my goods did not arrive in a timely manner I contacted customer service and was advised that the items were shipped priority from New Zealand, The goods arrived late and the shipping label showed the goods were shipped from NSW not New Zealand and they were sent standard Eparcel not Express or Priority. They charged express shipping but sent the items snail mail. This is Fraud.

It has been over a month and haven't received my purchase or even a tracking number. Customer service has repeatedly told us that they would send a tracking number by end of day, but still haven't received it.

Yay. Finally found pants to fit
Have been with ezibuy for years now. What most impressed me is customer service.
Have bought some very lovely clothes and YAY have just found pants to fit fat tummy without being too baggy elsewhere. This took many tries and returns but service was impeccable throughout.

Beware on returns
I have purchased a bit on ezibuy some items are good others not so but have returned and been given a refund although it takes them around 4 weeks to refund.
My problem now is I purchased items including shoes which was a 10 but more like an 8 I sent them back with a dress that was on special for $40 another dress that was $35 ON special and the shoes. I've waited nearly 6 weeks to be told they were clearance items and will be donated to a charity with no refund. Apparently it stated it in the fine print.

Great products price and service
Unfortunately I buy from their site very often especially when their sales are on as they always have wonderful reductions. These days I hardly return anything as I have worked out what brands I like best and my size in each of these brands. I should stop buying clothes as I have many but there is nothing like retail therapy and often only need to spend a small amount to buy something I will get a lot of wear from . Could not be happier with my go to shop and over the years have bought bedding that we still use. Never had a problem that couldn't be resolved quickly and politely. A happy customer

This is not a dressing down - it's a Dressing Gown!
Purchased a "Mia Lucce" ladies dressing gown and love it! Lovely, warm and long. Rich blue colour. Comes in a variety of colours and styles to suit anyone. Has 2 front pockets and collar. No small fiddly buttons that always come undone but has easy to use large buttons. Ordered through Ezibuy and arrived in 8 days.

I have recently had to return a beautiful garment which unfortunately was faulty. Returns take way too long to process
Why is it that returns can take 2-4 weeks to process and receive your money back for a return item. I returned items on 7 May, received in Chullora (where it says to post to) on 10 May, I then called 22 May as I hadn't received the refund, the call centre advised from Chullora the goods have to go to NEW ZEALAND! then they process the refund. Why make it hard to buy online, ezibuy??
So I placed an order with Ezibuy online. It wasn't a huge order - just a couple of items, around a few hundred dollars worth. I got an email, thought it was an email confirmation and didn't even think twice. I then waited for my goods to arrive. And waited. And waited. Finally, I went back to the email and realised it wasn't an email confirmation at all. Remember, I bought this 2 weeks ago and have placed many online orders since then. I couldn't remember if I had bought it using my credit card or PayPal, and then finally realised it was a card that was at home. They said I had to tell them the last 4 digits plus expiry date. I mean, I didn't have the card on me, I had confirmed all sorts of other details and yet they still wouldn't release the order. They said, just call back when you get the card. Seriously? Who has time for this? I thought online shopping was meant to be easy. Some may say it's great they are taking precautions. But honestly, in a world where nearly everything is online, it's time for a little trust, Ezibuy...should I say, 'Hard to Buy????' Avoid buying online. bad allergic reaction
I bought the chartreuse linen jumper in March and wore it for the first time today. Quickly came out in a really bad rash. Have other linen jumpers with no problem. Take care.

Terrific company
I have read other reviews. I think myself that they are a good company and I have been ordering and returning sometimes for quite a few years. Their service is great. Yes, it takes 3-4 weeks for returns but if you expect that then you don’t panic. They even credited me on a dress that shrunk! They do have cheaper fabric clothing but also some top quality and when they have a % off it really is great. I found their garments well styled good quality and as good as if not better than department stores or well named shops. I have been totally honest here on how I find them and I don’t intend to change now.

Great service, easy returns
Free delivery and pick up from the local Woolworths store is a great service.
I find I'm not dissapointed if I read the feedback given by other purchases re fit and sizing before I order.
I'm a regular shopper on this site and my latest purchase of a leather jacket is great.
I don't have to return items very often but there's been no problems when I have.
Overall I'm a very happy customer.

Beware - terribly slow delivery
I purchased an item 3 business days ago paying $14.95 for Priority Delivery because I needed to receive it by a certain date. When I got home from work today there was no Ezibuy parcel. I contacted them and got the tracking number. When I put it in the Australia Post website it seems to have disappeared. Looking closely at the Aust Post website it says Priority Delivery is not available to my area this is despite the fact I live in Sydney probably 20kms from Ezibuy’s Despatch centre. With current technology I am sure the system can know if you are eligible for priority or not and not charge you for a service that can’t be provided. But to be honest I don’t know why you need to pay for this. Other online retailers have delivered my shopping overnight ie Sportscraft, Birds Nest in Cooma, Leina Broughton on the Gold Coast, My Friend Alice in The Blue Mountains so why is Ezibuy unable to get my order to me from 20km away in 3 business days? I do like Ezibuy clothing but it’s not worth paying through the nose for fast delivery when it takes longer than other online retailers who provide a much faster service for less? Slow shipping
For a well known online store Ezibuy's shipping is terrible. You offer priority delivery for an extra cost although you do not get your order any quicker. I shop online all the time and it amazes me how other online stores are able to provide priority shipping and I will receive my oder with the next business day or 2 bisuness days at the latest. The joys of ordering online, Ezibuy have great clothing but of course sometimes what looks good in the magazine doesn't always look good on. Thankfully they have a great returns policy. Dress sizes vary per brand but quality of clothing pretty good

I can only totally agree with your opinion. They don't understand that this way they will kill own business since the news about their approach will spread and people will go to the different suppliers. It's behaviour which can go only for short time.

Curious as to why Ezibuy refund the smallest amount back to PayPal, yet the other 2 are still pending 3 days later? The other 2 are of course $360 in total. Only processed the 1 for $68. How long will it take to be completely refunded. Anyone know.
