I had emailed Fanco with query regarding their products. Alex was very prompt, providing detailed options to help us decide which product to go with. We bought 4x Urban 2 A/C ceiling fans and delivered in 2 days! Look g forward to booking our sparky to have them installed.

I've just installed two of the Urban 2 DC fans and I am very happy with them both!
They do emit a high pitched noise which is inaudible to most adults, but audible to younger people (it's the DC motor controller) so if your children have sensitive hearing they may complain of a high pitched noise. My children have thankfully gotten used to it.
During my enquiries about the noise, Eleni was attentive, prompt and ready to act if I needed to get them looked into further. This level of customer support was a very nice surprise! Well done!

I installed two Fanco fans in my apartment and they're great.
An issue developed with one of the remotes and Amelia immediately organised a replacement under warranty.
Excellent backup and prompt service!

When had trouble with the noise in our fan Eleni was right onto it and made sure that it was replaced with the same fan. She gets a gold star employee award from us.

Sent off a number of requests for information regarding several fan models and each email was promptly and comprehensively dealt with by Eleni, even checking fan operation in the premises for me.
Very efficient and helpful.

Had a few minor issues with my new Origin DC fan but Emma from Fanco was very professional and helpful to make sure all was sorted out quickly.
If you're looking to get one of these fans do it they are excellent.

We lodged a concern about a noisy fan with the service people at Fanco. They got straight back to me with some advice about what the problem might be, before they sent out a technician to address the problem. The noise problem has now gone away and Fanco followed up by asking if the adjustments had been successful. I am very impressed with their follow up service. The fan is also excellent, looks great and is now silent! Well done Fanco.

Whilst we did struggle for some time to have an issue with a faulty fan resolved and there was a few hiccups along the way, I have to say the communication from Emma was second to none. Emma dealt with my irratation and her customer service was faultless. If not for her I may have had the fan deinstalled and sent back to the retailer.

One out of the 3 fans we purchased had a ticking noise occur.

After contacting Fanco via email directly with all required documentation, their response was quick as well as their resolution to the issue.

Garry was a delight to deal with.

I emailed a question about which product would suit my house best and the response a few hours later from Alex was thoughtful and helpful. Its great to get such personalised advice, detailed and relevant to my exact situation.

Alex sorted out dimension question. I got very fast clear replies.
He even emailed me a photo of part with a ruler showing measurements.
Now I know exactley everything I need edto know.
Will be ordering 3 fans.

Contacted Fanco via their webpage. Received a quick response that was detailed and explanatory. Further questions were again friendly and explained well. They had even gone to the trouble to test my query on their working display stock.
