Cleaners did a horrible job for my rental property, as I was not present to inspect during clean.
I even paid for membership and their customer support is just next to useless.
They show you attitude when you contact them and thts when you have paid for membership.
Imagine what they do to customers who are not member.
Never going to book any future cleanings with this scam company.
Shah Kazimi did the cleaning service for my unit and the job was done above and beyond my expectations. He was efficient and quick.
All the spots and stains in the carpet was removed and the unit looked spotless.
Also, My furniture was in a storage unit for 2 years and after the cleaning it looked as fresh as new. Thank you for your service

Oven was cleaned thoroughly.
Shah was punctual, polite and friendly.
The cleaning process appeared to be very thorough.

We had left a pretty big mess but the apartment looked brand new and definitely better than when we got it. I would absolutely use this service again.

Booked an oven clean for end of lease. Confirmed via text, all seemed great.
Got a text the day before the service saying they had to reschedule to earlier in the day. So I took time off work that afternoon to accommodate the change.
Then I got a text less than an hour before, telling me they weren't coming. A slot was still available later in the day - booked it - and they cancelled that two minutes later. Tried calling for a refund and all you get is robots. No option for a human. Worse than terrible service - avoid at all costs!

The customer service people were so rude and refused to listen to me. They kept repeating their "policy" advises if the agent states he is not satisfied in the outgoing report they will return to clean. I said I paid $320 for an outgoing/end of lease and I paid you for nothing and your policy does not apply as I am a tenant and cannot guarantee access to the property to fix the clean. They refused to return before the agent did the outgoing inspection and the agent advised they did not have the capacity to allow them to return after the inspection and I had to clean the rental before the inspection took place which took me and my partner over two hours. My real estate agent said the cleaning was the worst ever end of lease cleaning she has ever seen. I paid extra for walls to be cleaned wasn't done. The carpets wads not steamed cleaned, shower not cleaned properly, oven not cleaned properly, rangdhood not cleaned properly have tried calling company no answer. I should be refunded. Further more to my review it states if the cleaning doesn't pass first time they will come back FREE OF CHARGE NO TIME LIMIT.

These guys were fantastic, at totally screwing us around. We paid $260 3 weeks in advance, and were stood up on the day with only one hours notice. We could/ would have booked some one else, but too late. This was after texting and emailing us to confirm the appointment the day before also. NO SORRY, Rude, and pathetic attitude. Use these idiots if you want to be bent over a barrel. Useless and hopeless. TOTAL CRAP!!!

Oven was cleaned well, much was missed despite it being highlighted before cleaners left
End of lease cleaning
Some things were cleaned extremely well, especially the oven which now looks perfect and was in a terrible state beforehand.
Other things were missed and attention to detail was bad. A draw was left full of crumbs, many surfaces didn't feel like they'd been wiped down, cupboard doors had oily marks left on them. Toilets were left with specks of dirt.
Before leaving the cleaners require you to say you're satisfied. Instead of doing a good job this resulted in the cleaners pressuring us to say we were satisfied. I pointe...
Read mored out multiple things that were done insufficiently and I was told they would get cleaned or that it was impossible. Cleaning grease of a cupboard is not impossible. Some of what they said they'd clean they did not. After the 5th repetition of "are you satisfied now?" I got tired of asking them to do a better job and gave in. I felt very pressured and it seemed like they wanted to leave far more than doing a good job. I don't believe they are paid enough to care and thus I believe this is more of a problem with fantastic aervives than the cleaners themselves. Terrible experience! I booked the agency for End of Lease cloning and the cleaners didn’t do their job properly. The rental agency charged me for booking another agency to finish the job properly. Basically I paid double!

The service was nowhere up to standard, both myself and real estate cannot get in contact with them now they have our money, clean was not completed.
Tried to contact customer service and just kept getting turned away and told they would take messages. Looks like I will have to go to Fair trading as they have taken nearly $600 for us and almost the whole house is still unclean.

Great experience
Online booking app is amazingly convenient. Had bbq, oven and cooktop cleaned. A few hours and all done. Service staff very friendly and efficient. Will use them again.

Perfect carpet cleaning, on time, got all the stains off, great smell afterwards and left pretty dry. Very reasonably priced as well. The cleaner was very polite and reliable. Thanks! Will definitely book with them again.

Planned in advance and took a Saturday off to ensure the cleaners were let in before I had to leave for a remote worksite on Monday. They call me 2 hours before the job is scheduled to start to say they can’t do the work.
Their phone lines are absolutely useless as well with each option just ending with a “we’ll call you back”
Absolutely nothing offered except for some promises I guarantee are probably going to be empty. Would give 0 stars if possible.
UPDATE: Rebooked for the 5th of February and they called me again to cancel for a 2nd cancellation in a row. I don't even understand how they stay in business. Would give zero stars if possible.

4 days later still unable to use beds/ sofas as soaking wet and now stained.
Have had to rent accomodation for family to stay in.
Brand new carpets have been destroyed with large brown stains on them throughout.
Nothing has been cleaned and now have to get alternative people in to remedy.
Would NOT recommend.

poor quality service and took extra money without my consent
Although the initial engagement to book the service and comms were good, the cleaners did a terrible job for the amount of money they charged. Its laughable that their cleaners dont scrub your showers for an end of lease clean and when i asked, they said it wont be included in their service. they were full of lies and performs jobs without my consent and charge extra money without my consent. overall, they are just a waste of my time as I am still fighting with their customer service team for the refund of my money for nearly 25 days.
I will not ever recommend their services.

There was no visual difference after this.
Customer service took a day to review this and scheduled another carpet cleaning 2 days after the first appointment. The second carpet cleaner did a great job.

Please do not use these guys for any service. Initial engagement was great only to be told days before appointment that they can't come due to a person wanting leave ( not covid impacted or sick). Head of scheduling calls but whe asked for options want to transfer to customer care..never ending...oh forgot that I had to sign up for their yearly membership before I received this warm outcome..! Avoid at all costs !
