DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They took my credit card details to "secure the booking" for my carpet clean. It was an urgent clean needed prior to new tenants moving into property. 20 mins before appointment time I received a text message saying the technician was unavailable. I had to call them to ask for an alternative appointment. None available that day. Due to urgency, I requested to cancel and found another provider to clean carpets. It has now been 3 weeks and they have still not refunded me my $143 for the clean. They told me it is "still active with accounts". I was never informed that my money would be taken from my account the night prior to the service. Very unhappy and still trying to get my money back for a service never received.

We had fantastic services out for the first of a regular clean and they did such a wonderful job. They were so professional and checked in to see what we wanted them to focus on. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Carpet cleaner did a great job, told me what he was going to do and how he was maintaining safety during the times of COVID 19. He did a thorough job. Much appreciated.

Thorough job, very friendly staff. Only issue was that the website greatly over-estimated the amount of time needed to clean the carpets in the apartment and no option to adjust costs accordingly.

Cleaners did a fantastic job on the house. Every surface was spotless. They were friendly and understanding. It was a huge relief to be able to get a cleaning service with a generator; the power was disconnected as the house was between tenants. Not every cleaning company has generators handy, especially at relatively short notice, so this service was very much appreciated.

Cancelled a job within 48 hours the morning being a Wednesday, was advised they would not take the money at all, by Friday same week money was taken from my account, over 2 weeks have past still missing my $384 they informed me it would go back into my account issue being I cancelled within 48 hours so fantastic cleaners had no right taken my money
They there saying it’s a bank issue
Well wasn’t a bank issue for them to take it,
Be weary off these people as they will get your details at time off booking

This is the fourth time I have had Fantastic Services for cleaning and have been happy with the service provided, but I am most particularly pleased and would highly recommend the two delightful people I had this time who were also who I was fortunate enough to have on my first cleaning service also. I would no doubt request to have them again, the best cleaning ever! Punctual, polite and highly professional.

Came right on time and were very thorough with the cleaning. I was able to do a walk through once the service was done to check that the clean was up to standards which were great!

Terrible!

The cleaner I booked never showed up. I had been charged in advance, and was then told it would be a month before I was refunded. No courtesy calls, or apologies on the day, nothing.

Be ware!

I had two couches cleaned and they both are still wet and smell after six weeks. Both couches are stained and can not be fixed according to their technician but they will not claim on their insurance.

Booked Fantastic for antivirus sanitization service, the team looked professionally equipped with proper protective equipment and managed well with sanitizing all the house surfaces. On top of that my house smells so refreshing. Thank you Fantastic.

Both couches have yellow water stains and stink. Both are completely damaged and the company refuses to claim on their insurance. All they want to do is clean them again but they have discoloured.

I’ve been using Fantastic services for all of my gardening needs and my garden has never looked better! My lawn is always cut to perfection and my rose bushes are just perfect. I’m always getting compliments on how wonderful my garden looks.

It was very easy to organise and the job was very well done. No complaints at all. I will definitely use this service again and would be happy to recommend to others.

Worker arrived spot on time and, although initially had misgivings about scrubbing the sandstone tiles (he thought the scrubber might mark the surface) carried out a trial area before doing the whole job. Work was professionally carried out with plenty attention to detail.

The worst service ever. Very unprofessional. More than 2 years ago they send me 2 cleaners that simply did not want to clean my house cause it’s bigger than what they have expected. The cleaner told me that they will go to the car to bring the cleaning materials but they simply disappeared. When they took longer than the normal time to bring the things from the car which is just in the drive way, I went out to check and I found nothing!!!! Now 2 years later they are still debiting annual membership fees from me!!!!!! And when I call to have my money back a Receptionist called Harry told me that they can’t give me my money back cause I am not a member and they can’t find my details !!!!!!! Simply rubbish

Was concerned at first - quoted $565 for End of Lease clean, carpet steam cleaning and wall spot clean but was then told that they wouldn't guarantee our bond back because of the marks on walls, doors and carpets. Marks were made by previous tenants so whilst I understood I was also very frustrated that their guarantee wasn't a guarantee. However, they managed to remove old marks as well and the house looked great - better than when we moved in. We got our bond back and feedback from the agent was that the landlord was very impressed.
