It was very easy to organise and the job was very well done. No complaints at all. I will definitely use this service again and would be happy to recommend to others.

Worker arrived spot on time and, although initially had misgivings about scrubbing the sandstone tiles (he thought the scrubber might mark the surface) carried out a trial area before doing the whole job. Work was professionally carried out with plenty attention to detail.

The worst service ever. Very unprofessional. More than 2 years ago they send me 2 cleaners that simply did not want to clean my house cause it’s bigger than what they have expected. The cleaner told me that they will go to the car to bring the cleaning materials but they simply disappeared. When they took longer than the normal time to bring the things from the car which is just in the drive way, I went out to check and I found nothing!!!! Now 2 years later they are still debiting annual membership fees from me!!!!!! And when I call to have my money back a Receptionist called Harry told me that they can’t give me my money back cause I am not a member and they can’t find my details !!!!!!! Simply rubbish

Was concerned at first - quoted $565 for End of Lease clean, carpet steam cleaning and wall spot clean but was then told that they wouldn't guarantee our bond back because of the marks on walls, doors and carpets. Marks were made by previous tenants so whilst I understood I was also very frustrated that their guarantee wasn't a guarantee. However, they managed to remove old marks as well and the house looked great - better than when we moved in. We got our bond back and feedback from the agent was that the landlord was very impressed.

The job was professionally handled and completed.
Workers were friendly and attentive to our needs.
Workers arrived on time and explained what they were going to do and what results to expect.

The oven was really in need of a good clean the gentleman was more than helpful, the oven looks like new I am so happy will defiantly use this service again, hopefully I get the same gentleman.

Did a very thorough job and kindly even moved smaller things on the floor to clean under. The Carpets look and smell amazing and was done in only a few hours. Thank you.

Had my oven and range hood professionally cleaned. Service was great and the job was done very well as the oven looked almost new, bonus was that it did not take very long. Would definitely recommend.

You book a service and then you keep chasing them where they are, where they are, where they are............
They (Fantastic services team) will not even inform you 1 hr ahead that they (Fantastic services team) will be delayed.

When you counter them (Fantastic services team) with this situation, they (Fantastic services team) will offer you some dollars but they (Fantastic services team) did not understand that it is not about dollars but it is about my time (which you(Fantastic services team) have wasted) and Service.

New team who were very thorough & polite & friendly. I am very happy to have them continue the job for me fortnightly. They are both very eager to do the job in the correct manner,

The cleaner arrived early, so no waiting. The job done very well, explanations from him when required. Excellent job.

**Do Not Waste your time and Money!**

Booked End of lease cleaning service. Cancelled twice at short notice 2 days in a row. I had to pay 2 extra days rent. Choose another cleaning Service.

The offered me a 20% discount. Didn’t actually give me 20% off and already had a preauthorisation on the full amount.

Then eventually the cleaners came did the job. And emailed after and said.. we can’t offer a 72 guarantee as advertised.

PLEASE DONT USE THIER SERVICE.. it looks all nice when you book, but this is the worst experience I had dealing with a cleaning company.

The Fantastic cleaner team attended on time and cleaned very efficiently, industriously and thoroughly. I hired them for a regular domestic clean. The shower was cleaned better than I have ever been able to. I was most impressed, and look forward to them coming again.

The fantastic cleaner team who are coming regularly to our house are punctual, honest, doing a good job of cleaning, we are very happy with them. Also, the receptionist are quite helpful and supportive.

Punctual, fast, efficient and friendly service. Outside windows needed cleaning urgently. Job was done in under an hour. To be honest though for the work done I thought it was a little expensive.

The two cleaners were brilliant! So quick and thoroughly professional, the kitchen, oven and range hood were spotless . Would recommend fantastic services without hesitation. They both arrived on time as well

I booked for a gardening service for 1100. At 1115 when the gardener had not arrived I checked the confirmation email and found that this company has ‘flexibility’ in adhering to the appointment time specified by the customer. Arrival time for the service can be up to 1 hour after the requested time. They say that this accounts for traffic and other unforeseen delays eg the previous job going over time. How ridiculous and inconvenient. I have never experienced this with other services. Why ask the customer for a booking time in the first instance? Some of us work and have diaries to maintain.
