Definitely not what I was expecting!!!
I was wanting to purchase a good but affordable TV for my mum for Mother's Day coming up. Went into the store today get some help as I am not very savvy with technology. The worker for some reason raved on about this one and I thought it was a good buy. Long story short, went over to my parents place and set it up... The quality is no way near as crisp as I thought it would be. Definitely didn't look this bad in the store, and in many instances the image is very choppy! On top of that, she's finding it really hard to use the control and switch between things. I specifically asked the store clerk if this was easy to use for older people and they said yes. Not happy Jan!!!

Poor picture quality but good price
I bought this TV thinking JB wouldn't sell rubbish but you get what you pay for. The price on the tv was pretty good and the image quality is ok but not good enough to enjoy sport. I would not buy this brand again.

Excellent Tv
It has all the features that I need to use.
I use the Netflix button all the time, so easy to navigate.
The audio and graphics are excellent on the TV. The price range was perfect.

Great value for money!
Great value for money TV, beautiful picture quality. Does everything you’d want a TV to do, plenty of ports and very user friendly. Can get most of the standard apps.

Hmm I guess you get what you pay for
Bought this a couple of months ago from JB-HI. Was cheap for what it is. Same issues as other posters. Remote/channel change is slow to respond and channel isn't actually what is shown. Also if you do too much with it, the screen will often just go blank and we have to turn it off and on again to get picture back. Also have found sound is often hard to hear. Son in law bought one the same time and seems to have had no issues l Luck of the draw maybe.

Poor quality don’t be persuaded by cheap price...
This TV is very slow to respond to the remote. The remote does not really work well with the TV. I am also unable to get SBS on Demand.
I went back to JB Hilfi and asked advice ..I was told, “what do you expect for that price, it needs a Cromecast” the assistant also told me it is only a cheap bedroom TV.....Funny the assistant who sold it to me said it was really good Value.
The picture quality is poor, it is only good if you stand directly in front of the screen.
So I am not really satisfied with this product.
Waste of money save a bit longer for a better quality TV.

Great Price TV
My falcon Tv is ok. It is not always responsive, and have to turn off and turn on again to connect to internet required services. It also does not pick up all the TV channels.
However it has a really good screen resolution and sound.

New UF1 TV
Where is the power reset button located to reset TV back to original design? Getting frustrated, no picture, no sound. Remote controller sucks, tried changing batteries lately? Need brute strength.

Below average.
Remote is so slow to register with the tv.
Quite often just goes to a black screen and won't allow any signal for any channel! And yes agree.. the customer support is terrible! 4 week old tv.. yes the price was great.. but spend the extra $ and avoid the problems!

Worth the money
Have some issues with remote like slow to respond to volume up/down. The picture and audio quality is good. But I won't complain because the price was an absolute bargain for a 4K 50 inch TV!

Dumbest SmartTV theres
This TV is NOT a smart TV, Freeview is NOT accessible in all regions, total misleading marketing. Customer support is shocking, promising follow up and NADA. In addition to all this the remote control is 'sloppy' responds when it wants to or jumps ahead. Dont waste your money

Great TV for the price but it has issues
I bought this Tv back in November last year. For the low price of just over $400 is was a bargin... but from the get-go ive had issues. At first I thought it was the remote. The TV seems to go blank when changing channels as random times. I took the remote back to JB Hifi.. they said it was fine.. I then suspected the TV. I told them that the TV randomly turns blank but of course when they said it was fine (murphys law). The majority of the time it works well and does show in 4K! Again... you get what you pay for i guess. 50inch 4k for that mo...Read more
ney is okay.. I just deal with it. the remote-TV delay is horrific. Once you turn the Tv on it takes about 30-60 seconds to reply to chaning a channel or to turn the volume down... fortunately mute is instamatic.... again you get what you pay for as it is by far the cheapest 50" for there abouts with 4k on the marketPurchased at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for A$400.00.

Good price for a Smart 4K Tv and extra features!
got this tv through jbhifi sale and i think its not bad for the amount you pay and features you get! the tv gets abit slow with your operating but other than that the quality is good, can't expect much for the price you but overall i think its worth it if you dont want to spend too much.

Great picture and value for money.
Bought from JBHi-fi for $398 on sale. I consider it a bargain. Just one word of warning. If you are operating in conjunction with a sound bar through HDMI ARC it will put a mute symbol up on screen and you will have to turn sound bar off and then on again to remove the symbol and use the sound bar remote to control the volume. I have spoken to their help desk and they have confirmed this. So I will be wiring through SPDIF and forget the HDMI ARC.

Ffalcon? It's a rebranded TCL
Made by TCL for JB Hifi and other select retailers. One year warranty as opposed to three years for TCL branded goods.
Best feature for us is the ability to use this as a "dumb" TV. You have the choice of disabling smart functions on initial setup. We chose to do this. Should a firmware update be available I can obtain it online and update via USB. You can enable smart functions at any time via the menu system later.
It's Freeview+ compliant, but that requires an internet connection.
The manual is a mixed bag. Between the eight page quick-sta...Read more
rt guide and main manual, there's sufficient guidance for installation, safety and initial setup. There's also a small trouble-shooting section at the back. Chapter 1 mentions TVs with buttons on the main chassis, but they're not relevant here. Not even a Power button, so take care of your remote as there's no redundancy. Whilst there's a few pages of information for Smart and streaming functions, there is NOTHING written about sound or picture settings. You may be thinking "Seriously? These are simple and everybody knows that stuff!"Purchased in October 2021 at JB Hifi Home for A$378.00.

Good Buy
I had to buy a new TV due to a mistake on my part with the old TV bought at JBHifi some 7 years previous. That Tv had been great and I turned straight away to the JB Hifi website to see what bargains that had again. Saw the Ffalcon 50 inch for $448 and couldn't believe my luck.
Have had it 5 nights now and the only criticism I have is that at initial turn on the picture seems a little blurry but after 30 seconds the picture becomes great.
the Tv has much better picture and sound than my old TV so I'm very happy again.
However I am investigating putting the sound through my HIfi set but as yeat have done nothing about it.

Great priced tv
I am very happy with the tv. It was a really good price so we took a chance on a brand not so well known. It is mounted on the wall in our bedroom, with no difficulty. The picture is good being 4k. It has alot of adjustments to set it up to your own liking.Great size, great price.
