Nick Scali Furniture QLD, Morayfield

The high back modular suite has been ideal. The recliners can be moved between the 2.5 and 3.5 seater lounge. They are spacious and comfortable.
We had a surface issue with the leather a year after the purchase. Nick Scali support was excellent, attending to the issue without argument. They agreed to replace the entire suite, and have had no issues since.
Would certainly recommend the Morayfield team.

Went to the store found the perfect piece of furniture, we decided to buy but got told it would cost 70 dollars has they only deliver and named this a premium service no pick up, spoke to there customer service about this and the covid safe problem of having two strangers in the house no interest in helping out so much for helping the customer stay safe.

David was very friendly and helpful. Giving us the useful information we needed to make our final choice. Would recommend

When we decided on the corner lounge we wanted, we were able to order the chairs in the configuration that suited our room, this was a big plus. The staff were very helpful, not pushy at all and we are very happy with the quality. The leather feels lovely and the seats are so comfy. We are very happy with our purchase. The store was great. Large and easy to look around. Furniture was spaced well not to close to each other. The range of furniture was great. We were satisfied with what we bought.
David was the best +++ person to buy a sofa from. He was attentive, without being pushy, asked us all the right questions which enabled us to make an informed choice. We wanted leather and David was so knowledgeable regarding sofas and the different types of leathers. Also suggested, as we have pets, what would be best for us! Cant wait for our sofa to arrive. Great open store in which to view a good selection of products and make a selection. We found a great quality couch that suits our needs. Great sales service also.

Went to Amart sat down on a wide variety of couches. So so... Went to NickScali where Andrew was knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. I think the quality is just a little better and the 50% off sale meant we could afford a top quality product.

1- It was easy to navigate the store and Andrew was helpful to show us what we were after.
2- It's a huge store with a lot of products in it which is very good.
3- Haven't received it yet.

Visited Andrew at the Morayfield store a number of times throughout the process of shopping around and comparing options. Nothing we experienced came close to how Andrew looked after us.

My mum and I had a fantastic shopping experience at Nick Scali Morayfield. The store was well laid out and our salesperson David was very friendly, easy to chat too, not pushy at all. Gave us plenty of time to browse on our own but was available when we had any questions. We felt so realxed we could have easily stayed all day, feet up watching a series. We can't recommend his sevice highly enough. My mum came away with a an order for the most comfortable couch. Can't wait to shop there again.
