Sonja was very helpful and took the time to explain things to us. But not overly pushy! We ended up buying most of our items from NSF.

Great Customer Service
We were greeted by Troy shortly after entering the store and we explained we were just browsing to which he continued to let us browse. The store is large and very easy to navigate with a great range of products.
Shortly after we saw a lounge suite that we liked very much and Troy came back to join us and give us information with regards to the product specs and the promotional sale at the time, Troy gave us options for our purchase that suited our specific needs.

5 star service.
We bought a customised lounge from Brad, the Manager at Aspley last week. It has not been delivered yet, but so far the experience has been very good. I highly recommend talking to Brad, we found him to be very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Great customer service and good quality modern furniture
Marina helped us to look at lounges, she was great, not pushy, just genuinely helpful and very knowledgeable. We loved everything in the shop and making a decision was difficult, marina helped to simplify things based on our needs and budget. We did stop at several other furniture shops that day and ended up purchasing from nick scali because of the quality and service.
The only negative is the 12 week wait for our lounge.

Perfect Customer Service
I went in with a fair idea of what I wanted. I was greeted by Sarah who was appreciative of my research and preferences. Sarah explained a few options and variables then went to draw up the contract. She explained the warranty and delivery options and completed it in an instant!

Excellent customer service
Easy store layout, staff were very helpful, particularly Peter Stusi. He was very knowledgeable on all the products and was helpful without being a pushy salesmen. His advice on colours to suit our apartment was really appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with purchasing a new couch!

w me . Both looked at me then spoke to each other and then complexity ignored me and actually walked the opposite direction and just stood there ! I was shocked, so I walked through the store and proceeded to try another 2-4 lounges still ignored whilst these 2 just stood there with no customers. I wanted to walk out and not purchase from you but on my way out a staff member who was serving customers at the counter Was so friendly and I could hear the service he was giving, I deserved that I thought so I waited about 2 mins and [name removed] served me, he was exceptional he asked purpose of my lounge, size of family - actually for my rental property so went through options in durability, fabric choice even moving parts headrests etc . [name removed] you deserve to be recognised I was on my way out to spend my money at Plush as the service from the 2 staff I mentioned above was so appalling . [name removed] you can’t take the terrible service of these other 2 away and first impressions are critical as a consumer but thank you for making me feel less crap as I felt embarrassed and self conscious after I was ignored from the other 2 men purely on what I looked like. Nick scali customer service training and acknowledgement of all customers is basic 101 and I would advise to review this with the men above. Exceptional service Anita!
We browsed several furniture stores but nick scali was the best! Anita was very informative, and knowledgeable. We appreciated her kind generosity and p.r skills. Her advice was greatly appreciated. When we placed the order it was done very quickly but with very clear records as to what was ordered. Also, the design and measurements, as well as adjustments made to the furniture was absolutely awesome to suit our home. No other furniture store offers that.

Do customers matter?
Not to Nick Scali I presume. I've a coffee table that had a warp straight out of the box and subsequently a 5mm crack developed right across the middle of the table. More details in my earlier post. The service manager rejected my claim as I didn't do something earlier, apparently by me leaving the warp unattended had caused the crack in the timber. Well I didn't put the warp there. Amazing customer service
Once you’ve seen one furniture store you’ve seen them all but what stood out to me was the incredible customer service by Belinda. She was extremely helpful, polite and respectful while giving me time to browse and make my decision. I will definitely be shopping with nick scarli again.

The service is excellent
We visited the store many times and changed our minds many times before eventually selecting a lounge. Subi was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all the lounges, colours and configurations, she really knows the Nick Scali products and her attention and advice for our dilemma helped us make our choice. Could not have done it without Subi and the other ladies.

Friendly personal service
Rick was very friendly and personable throughout the whole process. From me first looking at all that was on offer, to selecting the best sofa for me, assisting in fabric selection and making my order. Even when I eventually made a minor change to my order. Now anxiously awaiting delivery. A very positive experience!

THE FACTS:
- I purchased the Jordana bedroom suite including the dresser from the North Lakes store.
- I paid $180 for the furniture to be delivered and installed.
- The Jordana dresser is unstable and unsafe as it poses a toppling risk. I have mentioned this in phone
calls and emails to Nick Scali multiple times and to multiple people over the past week and a half.
- The delivery man left a bag with 2x straps and 2x screws and told me that the dresser needs to be
screwed to the wall, especially when it sits on carpet. Although, there is no place on the back of the
dresser where straps could be attached....Read more

vice was that I need a foot pad. The advice given on Thursday regarding the "adjustable foot" has been dropped which seems due to there not being an adjustable foot, just as I suspected. No one at Nick Scali seem to know the product! So before this is anywhere near resolved, it will take more than four weeks, (at least and not counting you) six Nick Scali staff members and currently four different proposed actions. fantastic service due to Belinda
We purchased 3 x sofas ottoman and large dining table, The sales person Belinda made our journey and several visits a pleasure, very attentive yet gave us space very professional. We were originally hoping to buy a white corner lounge asap to not only suit our needs but for my mum who is diagnosed with a illness with a limited time to live. Even though the Kylie range wasn't a corner lounge, it was extremely comfortable and with suggestions from John, we ended up with a 3 piece lounge suite and a promise for it to be delivered in 4 to 5 weeks for 2 of them so that Mum can enjoy the comfort sooner and love the idea of our old lounge being taken away. Thanks John for your friendly, sincere and overall awesome service!
