Easy store layout, staff were very helpful, particularly Peter Stusi. He was very knowledgeable on all the products and was helpful without being a pushy salesmen. His advice on colours to suit our apartment was really appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with purchasing a new couch!

We were helped by Peter over two visits who was very approachable, helpful, professional and funny. Helped us pick a couch and fabric that we love and made the whole process easy!

We were shopping for a new lounge for our home, after many trips to other companies we didn't walk past Nick Scali. Excellent range of lounges, most of which are modular and can been designed to your needs. Whilst we had a Nick Scali store closer to home, we decided to go back into the city to purchase our lounge due to the excellent customer service we received from George. Can highly recommend going and having a chat to him if your in the market for a lounge.

Big open plan store was greeted by Troy on entering. I knew exactly what I wanted and Troy guided me to the products. I live in Sydney but he was still able to help and get delivery here. He went out of his way to help me and print out the info I need to take back to my husband. We returned to the store and after an hour had a total change of mind. Troy to the rescue and again he went out of his way to help us select the final product. He was very patient, friendly and professional. Hope when the sofa arrives it's as good as his service.

I liked the store layout and the person who served me, Ivanka, was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I just hope that delivery of my sofa will be on time and hassle free.

I bought a sofa from Troy just after Christmas day. Troy discussed with me all the possible colors for the sofa. explained the difference in design and comfortability . Troy discussed everything in a highly professional manner with an exceptionally friendly approach.

Delivery date was cancelled twice, after over ten calls I am still waiting (for 3 months now). Will never buy anything from this place again. Do not recommend. Terrible service.

We were looked after by Troy again.
We bought a lounge from him last week, and thanks solely to his professionalism, friendly and relaxed approach, we went back yesterday and ordered another lounge.
There is a lot of local competition, with products often priced more competitively. However, thanks to the excellent customer experience from our first visit with Troy, we returned directly to your store and asked for him by name when looking for our second lounge.

The store was very easy to navigate, had a great range, good quality for as far I can judge,
Troy was an absolute champion and is a real asset to the store!
Would absolutely recommend to friends and family to shop here if you're in the market for something new....
One remark though: for a high quality outlet, selling good quality furniture... one would expect that the company could afford some decent business cards and not just printed pieces of paper, cut up in store....looking sad and cheap! Got the idea from staff feedback... they're not happy with it either as it looks totally unprofessional!
