Purchased a lounge yesterday. Was helped by George who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Made the entire experience seamless. Great quality products and large variety of stock to choose from. This is now our third time purchasing from Nick Scali and all our other lounges are still going strong years on.

Furniture was displayed in order of rooms which was easy to navigate.The staff were very friendly and pleasant.Peter Stasi was the person who served us and we found him to be professional,informative and non pushy.A very pleasant shopping experience.

No messing around; I have found Kevin to be polite, non-pushy, honest, clear and courteous. I've bought 3 times from him before and have more properties to outfit in the near future. Kevin tries to match furniture with what I like and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Doesn't push me if I wish have to walk away and have a think, and has great interpersonal skills. Great asset to the NS team and a genuine caring salesperson. If I sold furniture I'd steal this salesperson from NS.

Kevin helped us find what we want, showed us various options. He was very helpful, knows the products and enthusiastic. Once we were shown all the options, Kevin left us alone to decide.

The delivery was nice and smooth. Very straight forward. Vel contacted us the day before and on the day to ensure it was delivered. Very friendly fellows. Thanks vel, appreciated.

Sales staff at store were satisfactory. One single seater arrived with faulty reclining mechanism which failed and was replaced.
22 months later leather is peeling on same chair. Reviewed under their warranty and told it's our fault. Body oil etc is breaking down leather.
They could not explain why this only happened on 1 chair except to blame the user. The same user sat on our previous Natussi lounge chair for over 12 years without leaving a mark!
Clearly inferior leather which they refuse to replace. Additionally very poor customer service in dealing with their office over this complaint. We will never purchase from them again. Who wants to spend over $7000 for something only guaranteed to last less than 2 years!
