We were looked after by Peter today for the second time. He’s knowledgable, friendly, honest and authentic. Nick Skali are obviously doing something right, training their staff and employing the right people. He’s fantastic, and the furniture is gorgeous. He even worked 20 min past closing to serve us (thank you!).

I went into Nick Scali with the partner to look for a dining room table and chairs. After a quick browse, I was approached by Wendy, who was an absolute gem. She was very helpful and friendly, talking me through the different options and even going as far as consolidating my order with another one that I had previously placed at another Nick Scali store. I didn't end up getting a table but bought 4 dining room chairs, which I am extremely happy with. I would highly recommend Nick Scali North Lakes, not just for the quality of product, but for the amazing customer service. Thank you for such a great shopping experience!

*The layout of the store was very easy to navigate, very well merchandised with settings that were easy to imagine in my home...it was a pleasure to walk into a well lit & aesthetically pleasing, & friendly store

*My initial product was floor stock in perfect condition, unfortunately though it was slightly damaged upon delivery...my replacement lounge was absolutely perfect
*No assembly required the delivery guys assembled the feet to the lounge & ottoman

If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible customer service! The lady I spoke to was very rude with awful manners. She treated me with no respect. I ordered a coffee table and it came with scratches/marks. I wanted to return or swap it with a better quality table but the lady said no, we will not accept that. How can people treat other people like this. Not happy. Will never buy from there again!

They use recycled low quality timber with no warranty, bad customer service.on pick up got the signature for delivery but lateral when I noticed damage, they referred to my sign on delivery passer.

Had a terrible experience, had 2 tries and got faulty tables both times, then they balked at a refund even though the tables were brand new. They just dont care

We visited the store recently just looking for ideas. WENDY was so very very helpful, showing us all the models of bedroom furniture we were thinking about. WENDY helped will all measurements etc, was most pleasant to talk with. PHILIP, the store manager, too, on our return visit to purchase was very courteous and made us feel welcome. I particularly like the range of Native Timber Buffet Tables and wonderful wall mirrors. What a fabulous place.

Wouldn't buy a lounge off u again paid a huge amount of $$ to find out it was made in china wrong lounge was delivered have to wait another 9 weeks and more $$ owing as u don't have the lounge I ordered and no refund was an option $$s badly spent lounge was faulty also

Peter was an exceptional salesperson who was friendly, open to questions and knowledgeable. Amy and Phil also assisted with exceptional costumer service. The store was easy to navigate, clean and well designed. The store had a wide range of Nick Scali furniture in various styles, couch configurations and colours. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with soft music playing and different lighting throughout the store. We bought a blue Dover. The delivery was smooth as the delivery men put together the Dover and connected it to make sure it was working correctly. We were looking to buy dining table and chairs, and 2 chairs for reading etc. we liked the approach of Amy because there was no pressure to buy but she was there to give advice on both products. We also purchased a lounge suite from her earlier this year and returned to see what was available for us this time. No problems with delivery and installation of the lounge suite, so hope all goes well this time.
