I went in with a fair idea of what I wanted. I was greeted by Sarah who was appreciative of my research and preferences. Sarah explained a few options and variables then went to draw up the contract. She explained the warranty and delivery options and completed it in an instant!

Tracey was extremely patient while I was trying to make up my mind about which lounge to purchase. I'm grateful for her help and am now confident with my choice. Thank you Tracey.

We visited the store many times and changed our minds many times before eventually selecting a lounge. Subi was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all the lounges, colours and configurations, she really knows the Nick Scali products and her attention and advice for our dilemma helped us make our choice. Could not have done it without Subi and the other ladies.

Store was very easy to navigate, staff were very friendly and helpful the three times I was visiting the store and viewing the furniture That I was interested in the staff were helpful.

Had a great experience in store buying couches. I had almost given up searching for the day as finding the right fit for our house was difficult. The team helped me find details and measurements which meant I was able to make an informed choice on the right couches for me. That staff were truly genuine and nice to be around.

We had a hard time trying to choose the perfect lounge and colour.. Chris was very patient with us and gave us lots of info on different fabrics and leather and how things are made. Delivery was 9 weeks, just what Chris said. Pretty good considering all the holidays over christmas and new year. New lounge looks good and fits in well. Thanks Chris.

We had a picture in our heads of the lounge we wanted and we were glad when we found it in your store. There was a great range of products in store with many fabric options to choose from. Subi was very helpful in helping us make our decision. She was not pushy and allowed us time to talk amongst ourselves. The wait of 10-12 weeks for our lounge to be ready is a bit long. Looking forward to getting it in our new home!

Liked the store and quality. Not happy about paying $115 for freight to Toowoomba for rug and chair. Pick-up was from Brisbane warehouse only. No free pick-up from Toowoomba store.

Tracey was friendly and helpful. She was not pushy at all. We were very happy with her customer service. There were many beautiful products on display. They seem to be good quality, but we don’t have the couch yet. Time will tell.

Subi gave excellent customer service, polite and friendly.

I knew the sofa I wanted to look at and found it without too much trouble. Salesman was friendly and helpful without being pushy despite me turning up 15 minutes before closing.

Subi initially promptly answered an email I had sent regarding a particular sofa. In
store, she was patient, informative and very honest with the products I showed interest in, advising me of pros and cons. I eventually ordered a VERY comfy sofa.
Very impressed with Subi's professionalism and lack of pressure in making an important decision.

We really liked how when we returned the next day Chris welcomed us back to the store even though he was not the one that served us the day before. He was very helpful & knowledgeable and very efficient with the paperwork. The only downside is we have to wait 12 weeks as I would have loved to have bought straight off the floor.

Moving around the spacious room was easy, my head was swiveling with so much diversity of furniture to view. I found exactly what I was looking for and it was delivered in no time.
