After waiting just over 6 months our 2 leather recliners finally arrive. Problem, only 6 legs for 2 chairs. Also leather stained by runs of excess stain/dye. All this documented by the excellent delivery guys. Customer service make us take photos for the second time and after submitting with a precise description of the problems, a second call is received asking to check what the problem is. Tried to explain only 2 legs supplied and 2 missing only to be told it will be 12 to 14 weeks for 2 6 inch legs to arrive and then 2 weeks to be delivered ...

Shoddy, badly made lounge, foam collapsing afer 4 weeks. Service team say all is perfect. Showed pictures to the staff at Bundall and they were appalled. Promised the company were fantastic and would do something. Surprise. They didn't. The lounge cost $5000 and looks like s..t. Service team say all is as it should be. Please, buy from Domayne or Harvey Norman. Their PR is great. They were unimpressed with my photos as well. Scali get off your bums and do something about this lounge. It is of a bad quality and does not deserve to be called a lounge. I can't even sit on the seats without falling to one side. It's now 8 weeks old. DO NOT BUY

Ordered a new lounge in January and have still not received it. Have text Hayden, the manager, (that’s a laugh), and he returned my call once. Have tried several times, by phoning it by text. Nothing at all! I will never walk into a NS store again. I strongly agree with other reviews. Once they’ve got you money, they don’t want to know you. Still don’t know when my lounge is arriving?

The remaining order has since been delayed a further four times. It's been over ten months and we haven't had our order filled.
I didn't ever think ordering a table, chairs and a sideboard would be so difficult and stressful. Please do not listen to Nick Scali's promises of 'slight' delays with delivery of items.

Bought recliner settee 6 yrs ago.Rt hand foot recliner sheared off after 5 yrs.Warranty for only 2 yrs which I accept is correct.
I then spent 6 Mths trying to ascertain if a replacement mechanism could be obtained so I could buy the replacement mechanism.All Nick Scali reps said was that warranty was out of date and could not help. Read more I tried to talk to Maroochydore about warranty as it was only two to three months old. They point blank refused without even seeing it. Said it was bought unwarranted. I didn’t know that was the case under consumer law. So I now review whenever reminded. As it has been so long I have doubts on what could do for me. But for us it was our first expensive leather couch and until I can afford another, I review it when reminded. As I’ve said I thought it had a warranty by law. Ok. Ordered a Kylie leather recliner sofa 15/07/2021 and we were told 14-16 weeks, we got it end January 2022!!!
Then my husband complained to me he was sitting in a hole, I thought he was talking about the stretched leather on the seat when’d this continued I sat on his seat and yes he had a bad dip in the corner so I rang service the sofa was about 3 months old, we had someone come out he took lots of photos and said some would contact me.

My review is about a dining table sold by Nick Scali, model Cooper (https://www.nickscali.com.au/products/dining-tables/cooper-8). The tabletop is made of concrete and displays an image of good quality, strong, and well done. However, it is a totally different matter when you put it to use. The problems I am having with this table:
- Any minor scratch on the surface will leave a permanent mark.
- Any colored liquids you spill will be absorbed and removing them will be hard.
- Any bumps on the sides will create chips.

My Parents who are in their 70’s worked hard all their lives bought a lounge and when they got it home the cushions didn’t look right. They were really puffy and did not fit with the lounge. My parents complained and all they wanted was another lounge. They sent someone around and they agreed the cushions looked more puffy then normal . Even though they agreed with my parents they would not let my parents exchange the lounge they said just you need to sit on it more. Absolutely disgusting Nick Scali.

Purchased a couch from this company. It arrived late, after we left to go interstate.Our neighbours let the driver in who neglected to assemble the couch, even though we had paid for delivery and installation! Their response was to charge us to have someone come out and assemble it one and a half weeks later! Reading other reviews it appears that they have zero credibility in the area of customer seervice and I can only concur with this assesment.

We went to buy furniture for our new house and Scott was our sales person. He was very helpful from the moment we met him. Scott helped sort out our size related issues with furniture with his vast experience and was very patient with all the process. Very thorough and a nice person to deal with.

Found both of the gentleman staff there to be very arrogant and custom service very abrupt and rude.
Customer-service BAD Salesman1 had his dog in the shop and Salesman2 more interested in eating his lunch at front desk.

We visited the store on a Tuesday, seemed to be only one sales person on the floor. We wandered around looking and trying out quite a few lounges. We eventually settled on one. At this point no interest was shown by sales staff. The only sales person was completing a contract. I asked her for a tape measure which was supplied. Bed delivered today and assembled by carrier.
Showroom stock is obviously of a higher quality to that received by customers. The ole slight of hand, switcheroo. Under the hood (where the real support is), it gets worse.
Timber joins don't align. All the slats seem to be of differing lengths, some wedged against the rails and others with gaps. The rail supports for this are so thin, the pre-drilled (holes) for the screws are obviously going to break out. Some of these are only a few millimeters from the end of slats, which will also ...

Despite being sold a faulty product that they have sent technicians for twice to resolve, my item ($3000+ worth) is still faulty. Nick Scali refuses to take accountability, has no timeline on action to resolve this and has refused to refund me despite selling me a faulty product over a year ago. Lodging a complaint, including to the head of customer care, fails to gain any action. The call centre manager tries to blame the consumer. Stay away if you value your time and money.
