Nick Scali Furniture QLD, Maroochydore

We browsed several furniture stores but nick scali was the best! Anita was very informative, and knowledgeable. We appreciated her kind generosity and p.r skills. Her advice was greatly appreciated. When we placed the order it was done very quickly but with very clear records as to what was ordered. Also, the design and measurements, as well as adjustments made to the furniture was absolutely awesome to suit our home. No other furniture store offers that.

We were originally hoping to buy a white corner lounge asap to not only suit our needs but for my mum who is diagnosed with a illness with a limited time to live. Even though the Kylie range wasn't a corner lounge, it was extremely comfortable and with suggestions from John, we ended up with a 3 piece lounge suite and a promise for it to be delivered in 4 to 5 weeks for 2 of them so that Mum can enjoy the comfort sooner and love the idea of our old lounge being taken away. Thanks John for your friendly, sincere and overall awesome service!

Anita supported my needs. Was helpful and warm. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Gave suggestions that were helpful and gave all information that was necessary for an informed decision thank you.

We were torn between Nic Scali and another store. With thanks to Matt, who gave us space, time and advice when required, and quality of the recliner 3 seater we wanted, our decision went to Nic Scali. We feel very comfortable with our decision and look forward to receiving our new settee.

After being told at Maroochydore they deliver on Saturdays just had to wait extra like 9 weeks, then to be told they don't deliver on Saturdays and can't now deliver at 3pm when I'm home from work during the week. After spending over $2000 for a couch, I expect better. Will never shop at nick scali again! Still haven't resolved as when the couch can be delivered and in the mean time I'm sitting on the floor.

No problems with any of the above. George was friendly and efficient. Would visit store again for future shopping. Drove for 2 hours to shop there. Will update my experience when my lounge arrives and is set up. First time shopping at Nick Scali.

Marie provided a very satisfying and luxury experience. Her advise was efficient and effective, I was visiting from Melbourne and wouldnt get the same level of service or experience as I received today. I ended up purchasing the couch today purely based on the experience she provided with her guidance. Thank you once again for everything!

Matt provided excellent customer service. He took the time to answer all our questions and gave really helpful information and advice. There was no pressure sell and his product knowledge was outstanding. If only other retailers had staff like Matt. Now to wait for our new sofas to arrive.

The store had prices on everything.Matt the salesman was very helpful.You could tell the quality of the product when you sat in it.It also was delivered 3 weeks earlier than they quoted.He wasn’t pushy.

John and the team where extremely helpful and made our shopping experience relaxed and enjoyable. There was no pressure put on us to buy, just good product knowledge. Would definately revisit John at the Maroochydore store again.

it was easy shopping at Maroochydore great staff by the name of Maria non pushing, knew the product well very helpful with her knowledge this was on Sunday 11/8/2019, and we bought the product on the following Tuesday

Very easy, great range of products all of high quality, no real sales pressure, which allowed us to make an informed selection. The sales person knew his products and allowed us to make product selection based upon our parameters.

WE recently purchased a Brighton lounge suite and had to have it replaced and then service man come and adjust the 2nd lounge. The service staff were very good, but the delivery staff and first service person was hopeless. IN the end it is all good but took 6 months

We just received arrival of our new Chifely couch. It is very toxic burning/itchy eyes, affecting our sinuses and causing headaches. It is not acceptable when it affects your health.
26/05/19 We just received our 2nd replacement couch, also very toxic. We cannot go through this again! Affecting health issues. We are waiting on removal of our couch and a full refund.
