in the specs it states that this tv will play mkv video files and yet when I try to play them it goes to the particular file and then freezes when I try to exit and go back to tv nothing happens the only way I can get back to tv is to do a complete reset . There is nothing wrong with the usb as plays perfectly on the tv in the lounge and computer I have only just bought this tv and mainly use it at night to play movies from usb sticks but not much use if it won,t play them

on the specs it says that it will do mkv video files yet when I try to do so it will not play them then I cannot get back to tv and have to completely reset the tv from scratch to watch tv yet my other tv plays from the same stick with no problem

Hi guys,my tv is not responding to the remote.However if I press any buttons on the remote the light on the remote flickers.I tried unplugging the TV and switching it back on without any luck.The tv turns on by the switch on the tv that's it.Please help..
