My AVA FFalcon tv By TCL isnt displaying ttttttttttttttthe screen but is allowing sound, how do i reset it without being able to see the menu & sub menus from the remote?

Ahh yes i had lots of trouble with this. Finally fixed it. make sure your hdmi cable is plugged to the arc plug. somewhere in the setting i think maybe network there is a 3 letter term... i forgot wha...
