I seem to have the same story as everyone else here. Paid over $60 in Sept 2022, received the same bogus email about stock and have waited for a refund ever since.
Dept of Fair Trading cannot shut them down, but the NCAT Tribunal is able to investigate. Social media will have to do the job. Please share your experience online for awareness. I shudder to think how much they are ripping off Aussie consumers every day.

This is not my first purchase with this company. It is my 2nd bottle of Bvlgari. I also love the Versace Bright Crystal. both are long-lasting fragrances. we trusted this store and paid immediately for orders..but they sent each of them after 2 weeks of payment. not happpy! I have to think twice for my next order.

I ordered a fragrance and paid $40.00 in September 2022. I was emailed that there was none in stock. Sent email telling them happy to backorder. Have sent request to have my money refunded since then but have heard nothing and now it is December. Will not use this business again or recommend it to anyone.

Ordered perfume in early August 2022, received email 22nd August saying it was on backorder for 2-3 weeks, I emailed in early October and was told supplier was still out of stock and I could get a refund or leave on backorder, I asked to be left on backorder. I emailed again early November and was told that the product was still on backorder and that they had put a request through for a refund. I emailed again in early December as I have not received a refund, they emailed back to say they would follow up with accounts as a priority and also said that they are having a sale on other products. Now 14th December and have heard nothing!! Very disappointing

Have ordered perfume twice from this website and twice they have taken my money and then emailed me to let me know there is no stock!! Same perfume, months apart. Total scam

Beckham has been my fav since many years and i am thrilled to see this perfume sold by findcheap. I placed order before 2 weeks and its delivered in a neat package yesterday. Thank you for getting this old favourite to me. Only thing is delivery times need to be improved or we should be updated with the delay.. nothing is done. at the end.. i am happy with my perfume. i may consider this website but not sure..

Advertised in stock when it wasn't. Was prepared to wait but 3 months later they say they are still waiting. Polite emails but I want what I ordered. Not recommended.

I had 2 orders with findcheap. They were delivered to me really quick and packing is also pretty good. one was a gift to my mother.. on my request, gift packing was done and sent to my mother's address in time,. really thankful to them and i will order christmas gifts from this website for sure.

Perfume ordered 03 July 2022. Website showed item in stock. Seller said item is on back order 2 weeks after purchase. Requested initial refund on 11 October 2022 and told it will take a couple of days. Requested refund again on 21 October 2022. Seller claimed internal issue and requested bank details. This gives fuel to other reviews claiming the seller is a scammer. Engaging PayPal for refund. Has the same problem with Perfume Shops which another reviewer also mentioned. Lesson learnt, please be aware. Thanks to all the other reviewers.

ordered and paid in september.
received email giving me options - chose alternatives, refund and wait. i have chosen alternative and part refund.
after 2 weeks - got my package..but its been 1 month.. i am still waiting for the refund.not sure how many more days i have to wait.
I don't think i can trust them anymore. i can only thank them for the other perfume sent.

Received email to say product out of stock. Requested refund....none arrived, many excuses. Reported to Paypal who got my money back. Reported them to CCC....bogus company...do not use this site. Bogus address, no ph.

No perfume in stock. Polite email promising refund but none after a month. Foolish me. I will never use this site again. Worse I didn’t use PayPal buyer please beware

Ordered a perfume in August..which is rare but shown as in stock in their website. 1 day later i got an email asking to wait for 4 weeks.. i agreed.. then again they asked me to extend waiting or give me some alternatives to choose from. disappointed with their service on the firsthand but the alternate i got is also a rare and my fav...

Same as other reviews here.. they took my money before they could assure me of sending product. then sent one email of 1 week delay. Thats it. i had no further email from them..but my luck..got the product atleast after 3 weeks. I was about to notify paypal before i opened my door to get this parcel... lucky them..or my review would be of 1 star. as i got product.. i am giving them 3 star.

Their website is a scam, they don't have stock, don't communicate & luckily I used paypal, I got my full refund. You will not get your product, ever. Buyer be aware - DONT BUY!

Rip off, dont do it, off to the bank to try & recover my money, should have read the reviews, there is a pattern. Same as the other reviews they state they have stock, take your money, then after receiving nothing you get a lot a excuses, all listed in the other reviews, avoid at all cost . Should have cotton on when I couldnt ring them

As per other reviews, my experience is the same story and still no refund. Asked for a different account so I started seeing this as a scam. Disgusting and theft.

Ordered perfume 26/8/19. Received email 28/8/19 advising there would be a 3-4 week delay in supply. Requested refund as I will be overseas in 2 weeks. FCP agreed to refund, but I still had not received the refund by 13/8. Sent email requesting when it will be paid. Received email advising they would "speak to accounts" and asking for my bank account details although I paid by Paypal. Checked reviews and found that they pull this scam on everyone who buys from them. They then send polite delaying emails when a refund is requested. This website should be banned. I've reported them to Paypal and will report them to Ministry of Fair Trading.

This website is a scam. Don't waste your time. They will list a product as being 'Available' on the website, yet after you've paid for it they will say they are currently out of stock and it's a 3-4 week wait. Numerous emails from them later and I had a feeling something was off. After saying they would chat to their Accounts department for my refund and nothing eventuated, I contacted PayPal and raised an investigation. PayPal refunded me the money, thankfully.

Don't fall for their polite emails.
