Love it!
I am very happy with this fridge.
It is so easy see into and access every shelf in this upside down format.
We live in a hot climate and it has consistently maintained temperature. It's operating noise is very acceptable, quiet and not prone to sudden starting up surprises!
It is easy to clean the glass shelves and vegetable drawers which slide out completely.
I'm sorry to see the white version appears to have been discontinued. But if you are happy to have stainless I'm sure it will be as reliable as ours has been. A year on I am still delighted with it!

Goes well.
Is very quiet after a noisy Westinghouse french door, fridge /freezer. Seems to keep both compartments as cold as we want in Perth's hot summers. So far so good. No special hardship in keeping it clean. Interesting to have a bottom freezer for first time. Not sure next time whether we would have top or bottom freezer both have their own advantages.

Disappointing !!
Had it for 18mths- needed service for the loud cracking noises and the inconsistent cooling in the fridge. The olives froze in the bottle while on the top shelf. They replaced the fan. 6months later the fridge constantly bipped EVERY time we opened the door. Backing up the truck got really boring! Technician came and said the fan gets a bit frozen but it will fix itself. And off he went. 10 days later BIP BIP BIP. The icecream defrosted and refroze overnight. The icetray had partially defrosted iceblocks too. Technician coming back again next Monday. But we will have to pay for any parts. Fridge is 2 years and 7 mths old now. Not good enough.
My previous fridge lasted 19 years without one service call.

Cannot be faulted
Bought for holiday house. An excellent fridge which has suited our needs well. Very spacious and efficient to open, store, access all areas including the freezer. Very quiet, maintains excellent temperature throughout and keeps all food perfectly. Just as economical as the next model down. We have owned the previous model for over ten years without a hitch.

Not Bad
We have had this fridge for about 6-7 months, bought from hardly normal. At first I was skeptical of an upside down as I have a sore back, but I got used to it. The fridge works perfect crisper/vege compartment works outstanding without fault, and has ample room for a medium family. We are in a house with a high ceiling and we hardly hear it at all
Easy clean
The freezer it just ok, at first I liked the ice tray area but then I found it a problem as it loses space for freezing for other more essential items,ie- bread and frozen veggies
We are going shopping more often to buy things that just don't fit,
Freezes perfect and the beeper is pretty much standard on all things fridge
Cheers

Well made, good looking appliance
Had this fridge for about 3-4 months now and so far, mainly happy with it. We got the white version rather than the stainless steel since it better suited the kitchen - it is easy to clean, and sitting in its own alcove seems pretty quiet. The solid glass shelves make it easy to see what is under or over items, relatively easy to clean (you still have to move things around) and if you do have a spill, it doesn't go to the bottom of the cabinet. In the tropical climate, it has taken a while to settle down with the temperature settings but the...Read more
fruit and veg seem to be keeping better longer from day 1 - nice surprise. Drawbacks 1./ The freezer door must be full open before the freezer drawers can be accessed. 2./ The bottom freezer drawer has this annoying little feature of sneakily open up with no assistance from anyone - this has caught me a couple of times as I close the door and it hits the freezer drawer. And while on the subject of drawers, the skinny one in the middle (we use it for ice - seems the only thing that will fit) will open and drag to bottom drawer with it every time. Could be a defect and will check in the stores for similar behaviour. 3./ There is a line of drops, (condensation?) on the bottom of the fridge compartment. If it doesn't go away, I suspect poor seal and get someone to check it out. 4./ With all its good points, I still think the non-closing door is a pain. Over the years, you get used to opening the door, getting what you want, push to door and let it close with no further attention/ This one, closes up to a point and stops. If you don't notice it, after a while it beeps at you. Other owners warned us about this and it seems this is a "Design Feature". 4./ EDIT :-Not the best idea in my opinion. 3 years later, we have broken 4 of these special hooks, replaced 2 then gave up. Door closes all the way now. 5./ Paint seems thin and of poor quality. It is wearing off already and there are several stains - in 3 years!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Hi, I have just purchased the E522Bre4 it was delivered on Friday 8/1/16 I presume the fridge was delivered upright
when I got home from work the fridge and freezer had been on for about 3 to 4 hours but did not seem to be very cold. I have adjusted the panel for the compartments down to 1 light on the panel for both compartments, no effect was going to buy fridge thermometer to see what the actual temp is before I call customer service, is there any trick that I,m missing in the manual?

Not really my area of expertise. There is no reason for a professional deliverer to not keep a fridge upright, but if in doubt turn it off for 3 - 4 hours for the gas to settle and it should fix this problem. Put it up to half way on the lights for both compartments and it should be cold in the morning. If still not reasonably cold, call your retailer to arrange a service call as you may have a leak in the gas compressor or if only one compartment is not fully cold there may be a seal issue.
I have the same fridge. You say you adjusted it down to 1 light. If by that you mean only 1 light is glowing then you have adjusted the fridge to the warmest settings.
The more lights you have illuminated the colder the fridge will get.
I have 8 lights glowing (of out 11 settings), which produces the fridge temp to be between 0 deg and 4 deg C is which is the recommended setting for a fridge.
My freezer is also set to have 8 lights illuminated.
I have mine in the middle on both
