The top drawer is stuck in rinse cycle. It will not let me select a different cycle.
Top draw is very tight to open and the screen is not lighting up.
How do I stop it tipping forward when I open the top draw? There is a space of 4.5 cm between the top of the didswasher and the bottom of the bench top.
Hi Patrick-ours too can tip a bit when the top drawer is really fully loaded especially with big dinner plates etc, with the draw out. I generally unload from the front of the draw and not pull the draw out fully to unload. Of course if the bottom draw is loaded then there is enough weight to ensure it stays put.work back-
Hope this helps-it does not affect the performance
We had this problem too but we just got a small block of wood (size of gap) and wedged it in between top of washer and benchtop, pushing it as far back as we could so it wasn't visible and that stopped room for it to tilt worked perfectly
Our machine came with fittings to stop this happening, maybe your machines were not installed correctly
Can this be installed separately?
Hi Paul,
I remember approximately 8 years ago, my husband purchased individual dish drawers to install in units so there is 1 dish drawer (instead of 2) in each unit. I'm not sure if F&P still sell them individually but the unit we have came connected and the bottom drawer has a kick cover and looks different to the top drawer. I don't think that the model we have could be installed side by side.

Hi, how do I fix an F5 Error on my top draw?
I don’t know sorry. Give their customer service line a call.
lid motor is jamming, drawing too much current
Hi my top draw of dishwasher seems to not want to work .. I have cleaned it out and push start ... it seems to just play a little computer noise as if to say I'm not wanting to work ... or on pause mode ... can you help me as it symply will nor start ... bottom draw works fine as usual ... many thanks if you can help me Lin
That doesn't sound good & I'm certainly not looking forward to that happening to me. I would contact F&P to ask for their advice on this.
My fisher & paykel dishdrawer just had an f5 code fixed last week and now the buttons to change the cycle are not moving, is this an easy fix?
Please check the keylock button hasn't inadvertantly been put on. To remove press & hold keylock for 5 seconds. Denise
The top drawer isn't drying dishes like it used to. The fan is functioning as normal, the rinse aid is being topped up and it's actually using the rinse aid. Any ideas?
Sorry, can't help you with this one. Suggest you think about anything that (you) may have changed, e.g. source of water, how you stack, and what you are washing. Also check how your unit drains (may be partly blocked somewhere). Sounds like a question for Fisher & Paykel Support. I am certainly no expert with F&P dishwasher problems
I'd check the big water swishy arm (whatever it's called). make sure it isn't blocked, use a pin to clear out any bits of gunk. you can also open the base and check under it (we once had a popcorn kernal stuck in there). perhaps run the machine empty on a hot wash with lemon or vinegar? Have you changed powder? go back to Finish. then go to youtube and do some research on what else you can do before calling the service centre (i'm assuming you're out of warranty?)
