Looks good, cooks well but faulty timer
Purchased this after plenty of research, a nice looking white oven to match our kitchen decor. Easy to use, cooks well but we had trouble with the automatic timed cooking function (which we use a lot). Five service visits later, with 3 timer boards and 2 touch panels, we gave up and swapped it for a Bosch.
On this oven, after you start the timed cooking function, it reverts to the normal clock display and you have to press the timer button again to see how long remaining before the oven shuts off. But each time you press it, it increase...Read more

On at least one occasion, even though we didn't touch any controls after we started the automatic cooking timer, it failed to shut off. The delayed start function also seemed flakey, although we only tried it a couple of times. After the 5th service visit F&P offered to swap the oven, but we had lost all trust in this model (maybe a design fault). Kudos to Harvey Norman for a painless, no cost exchange (although it took a month, over Xmas/new year).
