Absolute waste of time and money.
This machine is a total disaster and total waste of money. If I put plastic lids on the cup racks, they fall off down the sides and into the wash arm, in the bottom of the dishwasher, and cause the entire wash to fail. The smallest things seem to deem the wash useless. Dishes can't even be close to each-other, let alone touching. I can only ever put three dishes in the washer otherwise they definitely don't come up clean and even then often two of the three still have to be handwashed. Totally useless and very maddening!!! A bowl stops the wat...Read more
er from reaching half of the machine. I got a technician to come and have a look as I was sure it had been installed incorrectly or there was a fault with the machine. There was nothing wrong, it just doesn't work! He told me to only ever use the 'Heavy' wash. I only ever use this wash now and it still does not work!! What a nightmare to have a new, expensive dishwasher that doesn't work. I sincerely hope this machine has been taken off the market because I can only assume there is a fault with it.Purchased in April 2021.

Not living up to it's predecessor...
Apologies to the original author of the following, I stole it from another site but it reflects my sentiments exactly:
Not living up to it's predecessor...
I had to replace my old single F&P DishDrawer which finally stopped working after approx 13 years. It had been a great workhorse, very reliable, and rarely had a hiccup or needed service. This replacement has not lived up to our expectations. The set-up of the dishwasher has changed - for the worse, so it isn't possible to fit anywhere near as much inside. If I put plastic lids on the cup r...Read more

Very happy
This dish washer is great for a small family as you can just load one draw and wash those dishes. It always gets the dishes lean and dry and is simple to use and reasonably quiet on all settings. The only negative is it takes a bit longer to install. I would definitely recommend this product.

Don't buy a dishdrawer
Worst purchase when I renovated the kitchen last year. I have to inspect every dish and every piece of cutlery that comes out - there is ALWAYS something that is dirty. I am getting so frustrated with it. Hate hate hate it. Do not buy one. What's the point of using a dishwasher if you have to examine everything that's in it every time you empty it. So disappointed and so pissed off.

Love it!
Our dishdrawers have been in for 6 months now and haven't skipped a beat. I have preset my top drawer for dishes and bottom drawer for pots and pans which my dishwasher knows without me pressing a button. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to dishwashers and do give everything a light rinse, however it probably doesn't need it. I did find that using either Morning Fresh or Finish powder that there is a gross buildup in the bottom of the drawers and my glasswear is cloudy, but my machine seems to LOVE a little of the $3 Coles powder and rinse aid for a sparkling & dry wash everytime.

Fisher and Paykel crap
I have had 3 technicians out and charged 362.00 which will not be refunded. The developers have been silent on who installed the dishwasher. I’m over it I have asked f&p to collect the piece of junk. It just doesn’t work and I’m sick of the backwards and forwards. I paid a lot of money for my unit and I get this junk.

WORKS WELL BUT IS VERY NOISY
I am happy with the dishwasher and also love that it has some many cycles to choose from the eco cycle is just under 40 minutes and I can get everything clean, however, it is quite unpleasant that the dishwasher is so noisy and cannot hear the TV and need to increase the volume. Other than the noise the dishwasher worked well.

Great small machine with eco options
Having decided to get a small dishwasher in my own place having stayed in a couple of airbnb places recently, this is the quietest machine I have used. With Quick cycle, with eco options, that still clean and dry immaculately it gives me all I was looking for. We are a couple only who use it every day and it suits our needs perfectly. Top that off with running it early in the day with or solar inputs and it is more than efficient for us.

This is my fourth set of dishdrawers!
With just 2 of us in the house the dish drawer size is perfect. And my first 3 sets were perfect. The first 2 were replaced because we moved house. The third set (10 years old) has just been replaced because we went from white to stainless. This new set however has one major problem - it doesn’t fit my dinner plates. They are 290cm in diameter which is pretty standard and they fitted perfectly in my last model. The only way to fit them in is on an angle backwards which doesn’t allow much space for other smaller plates and bowls. So if yo...Read more
u’re going to buy this model and you love your plates measure them first or take one to the show room to try it out. I also thing the cutlery caddy in the old model was much better - it’s fiddly getting cutlery into the tight spaces. It is quiet and it cleans just as well as my first models but now that my plates don’t fit I wish I had my old one back or maybe went for a full dishwasher model - but that just defeats the purpose of the double dish drawers which allow one to be washing while another starts filling. So F and P can you rethink the basket design and when you come up with one as good as the earlier models please send me a couple. Until then I’ll be washing the plates in the sink!Similar opinion? Single drawer dishwasher
This is an extremely quiet dishwasher and with it being single drawer it is is the perfect choice for a single person or a kitchen in a small unit. It has been so handy in my unit. Very happy that i chose Fisher & Paykel. You get what you pay for with this dishwasher for sure. Well and truly worth it.

Not happy
Have had never ending problems they replaced twice no better. Would start beeping randomly. Got sick of ringing them going to throw it OUT it's we quiet when not beeping. Took ages to dry dishes when it did work always in the end thought it would be a fire risk and started turning it off when out.

Great produced despite a bump in the road
I have had this for about a year and it cleans very well. However it does tend to leave some residue if the machine is not full enough. It is very quiet and perfect for a small household (couple).
Last week it broke down, however the f&p rep that I spoke with over the phone was very helpful, the next available appointment was over a week away, so I just took that and I told him I would try call back in a few more days to see if anything earlier comes up. To my surprise, I actually received a call from f&p themselves the next day, informing me...Read more

Fitment and ongoing usage
We had an initial problem with the installation. The harness at the rear was supposed to be hooked up to prevent hoses occluding the space where the actual dish drawer shuts. Consequently, the damn thing wouldn't shut until we got the installers to have a look at it. Fine after that. We found that square plates are not the best for the small washing cavity. Went back to round plates. The unit does not have a massive drying element in it so the final drying is not the same as previous washers we have used. For a couple living in a apartment, this is a godsend for saving cabinet space. Very very quiet.

My favorite appliance ever!
This single-drawer dishwasher is a star. It doesn't use a lot of water, it doesn't take long, its quiet and it does a perfect job. I have never had to rewash a thing and I do a very quick job of rinsing excess food off before I load just the messiest items. Its so easy to load, too.
First Fisher & Paykel appliance and it wasn't cheap but if it died tomorrow, I would have had my money's worth and I'd buy another one without hesitation
