When my machine is off and not running it slowly leaks water into the bowl. I have found the leak. It is coming from near the spray water at the top of the bowl directly underneath the control panel. It is coming from a round rubber Gromit about the size of a 20 cent piece. The gromit looks as though it is designed to pass water build up. How do I fix this leak?

My cleansmart clothewasher wl1068P1 10kg is not taking in water. I tested the 2 cold water inlet valves and one is open circuited. Can I replace it with the hot water inlet valve because we are not using hot water? We only use cold water for washing.
Yes you can then follow instructions on page 28 of your user manual to change pre-set options to use cold water only.
Hi my cleansmart goes out of balance on all cycle..machine is level and load is evenly distributed please help..

You can’t mix clothes with towels and sheets otherwise they will become unbalanced. They must be washed separately. Is your machine level? If not check with a level gauge and adjust feet.

Have you put it on the spin cycle option? Might have a problem with the spinning mechanic. Also, it doesn't spin when full of water if that is what you're expecting?.

Hi Jodie, I have used the clean function a few times and the light had always gone off afterwards. It may be a fault with your machine. Hope this helps
Hi Jodie, if you are talking about the 'Bowl Clean' icon/function, have you followed the instructions?
If this doesn't work then I'd start demanding F&P fix or replace.

this model is a faulty design. Too many people with problems similar to yours and mine. Forget the options. Set on BULKY all the time or you do not get enough water to wash correctly. My sheets always...
Read more have a scum patch in the middle. I have to rinse again with water added by a bucket/ I found fewer problems with large loads. Small load always out of balance.
