I have been using Flick for many years as they are consistently excellent in maintaing my place free of unwanted bugs (especially cockroaches!). I can always rely on them to give me a reminder for my next treatment and their technicians are always so nice and professional and treat your place with utmost respect and care.

Routine house treatment. Booking, information and service person all clearly communicated and quote given. Termites found and treatment arranged with written advice and quote. Very helpful and fortunately discovered in time to avoid the termites entering the house. This process has added cost of course, but nothing compared to the cost if the insects actually invaded . The evidence is that this would have happened in the near future. Therefore a big tick for Flick. Special thanks to the technician involved

Eamon was a pleasure to deal with - punctual, professional and thorough - a gentleman who completed a thorough inspection and offered practical suggestions to deter termite attack - made us feel confident that we had no current problems.

They enjoy your direct debit money every month, but they dont like coming out to do the job when you call them, with their 'peace of mind plan ' they call it.. Very very rude staff when they finally came out to do the job.. He asked me to show the spiders and ants.. So next time you all make sure you stick those pests with a sticky tape..
Also I had 2 different staff said different things about the same plan.. So who gets the training who knows..They say one rule to get to join their plan and suddenly changes when you need the service..

Kim brought a recurring issue to my attention of which I had previously been unaware. The issue regarded a slight infestation of wool moth larvae/eggs in my wool carpet. Kim advised to vacuum along edges of carpet and this eliminated evidence of the problem. Thanks Kim

During the year Justin carried out the pest control and termite inspection at our property. Justin's experience was evident, he worked diligently and enquired if there were any specific areas requiring investigation which he checked for us and also explained what not to do to protect our house. I posted a review some time ago and after a long delay the Flick rep who monitors this site responded. They got all my details and referred my complaint to the local manager who they said would get back to me. It is now three weeks since that promise and I have heard nothing.
You may have had a polite rep visit your property but the fact that you have not yet had a termite problem does not mean he has done a good job. My experience is quite the contrary.
I have switched to a small operator and the thorough detailed inspection he carried out was in stark contrast to the service I received from Flick.

We have had Kenny to do our inspections on the last couple of occasions. He was very professional in the way he checked all of the in ground stations and explained how things are done.
He was very thorough in the way he performed the annual inspection throughout our home and out buildings. We would recommend Kenny to anyone for the best service.

Flick provided a very easy to use service, they provided great information prior to booking, booking was easy with no wait, the technician came on time and was thorough and polite, they provided a detailed report - definitely recommend.

Was quick as easy to book in with great communication. Upon arrival the gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable! He talked me through everything, had a polite conversation and was able to answer all my questions. We have signed up the the 12 month/monthly payments. I was hesitant at first by now after 1 visit without even waiting to see results their customer service was beyond my expectations!

The technician that came out was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Will definitely be using them again. We have used other company’s but they have not been as thorough or reasonably priced.

Very satisfied with the quality of work done by my technician. He came on time too. The customer service lady was wonderful. She helped me book a slot with very short notice and was both knowledgeable and courteous. I found the price to be fair too

Disappointed that I only signed up to flick 100 a few weeks ago for $39 a month then a few days later they are offering the same package for $20 a month. And don’t like the payment plan would like the choice to pay full amount outright. Guys were meant to be here at 7:30 and didn’t arrive until 8:30

Having dealt with Amalgamated Pest Control for 45 years, to get 12 month warranty Flick require monthly instalments, when I preferred to pay total of $300 in a lump sum.

I booked in a service in early October 2020 and made the mistake of providing them with my credit card details. Despite paying the technician when he treated our house, the office debited my card for the same amount. Several phone calls and emails later, I am still waiting for the refund of my double-charge. Every time you call, you get a different person who promises to fix it but here I am: still waiting....
I must add that the operators/technicians are professional and friendly. by all means use their services, BUT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD.

We have had 9 warranty termite inspections from this company with probably 6 different technicians over those 9 years.
This time we had a guy named Nabil.
Fair dinkum I thought we were going to get charged double because he was so thorough.
If you can ask for this bloke to do your pest work, then do it. He was exceptional.

Kris was extremely knowledgeable in all things pest related. He did a fantastic job spraying the house internally and externally. Far exceeded all expectations and was happy to answer any and all questions. Always on time and communicated the time schedule well. Will continue to use and recommend well into the future.

Michael did a great job dealing with our pest problem. It is not a glamorous job, but Michael is very cheery and that really helped. He gave us the info we asked for, and worked hard to do the best for us.

Used their services annually for over a decade. Kane has fumigated my house for last 3 years. Always honest, tidy and informative and goes the extra mile. Powders my roof (even removed some twigs and bird debris) for spiders, rebaits all my mousetraps, refills my ant liquid canisters and locks up after he is done.
Only negative aspect this year is that it took several months of calling before I managed to book my annual appointment. And Flick no longer allow technicians to apply anti-bird gel or install bottle brush in gutters to prevent avian infestation.

Luca the Flick representative was informative and professional. Would highly recommend using this service. Especially the annual sign up where they guarantee their work for 1 year and you can pay month by month.

The Technical that attended this year was very thorough, professional and friendly. He was very informative and obviously took pride in delivering excellent service. Looking forward to having no bugs this year.

My first time using this service. Great experience. The technician arrived on time and was efficient in delivering the service, provided me with the information on what to expect following the treatment. Followed social distancing guidelines and government regulations. It was a simple process and one that I would use again given the need.
