I had a great carpet purchase experience with Flooring Xtra. Carpet was then laid by Howard who was friendly, did a perfect job and then vacuumed when he was finished!

Dealing with Vince was very easy and friendly, and far more service than sales. The price was very good, and the quality of installation was more than I could have asked for. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

Excellent. Great service from start to finish. All those involved were helpful and not pushy. Carpet layer went above and beyond. Would recommend this company and if we need more carpet, will certainly contact them.

Had a kitchen done 9 years ago, now have entrance stairs finished, product has changed colour despite being the same 'Peppercorn' pattern we were assured the same....one has red tones, this time more chocolate. Original spare boards show there's been no fading. Love the product, very easy care, expensive but worth it.

We had two room carpeted by Flooring Xtra Castle Hill. Exceptional customer service. Doug was extremely helpful in the whole process. The installers were also very professional. I would highly recommend Flooring Xtra Castle Hill they are the best I have ever dealt with.

We visited Flooring Xtra in the Sunshine Coast and was greeted by Marty - I briefed him on what we wanted and why we wanted it, and he showed me and discussed our options and his suggestions. He then visited our home with some samples, so that we could visualise those colours in our home with the surrounding finishes and materials.

Installation day came and the installers were so friendly and professional. They did a beautiful job installing the new flooring, cleaned up after themselves and were more than happy to answer all of my 6 year old...

Looking through many,many samples at the local showroom we were still undecided on making a final choice. However, Jane Campbell was able to source samples from Melbourne to help us make comparisons to find the carpet we were very happy with. Jane went above & beyond our expectations. Despite the effects of the Covid restrictions on supply, Jane was able to reassure us that everything was moving forward as planned. Communication was excellent. The carpet installers on the day were very professional & also went that extra mile & was able to reassure my elderly mother that the job would be done to her level of expectation. Tick, tick, tick.

The acoustic requirements and Body Corporate Bylaws in my apartment complex were complicated. Jane was a great help navigating the process. Dale did a fabulous, professional job with the installation

Our floor was put down 18 months ago by Flooring Xtra in Ballarat. Despite numerous calls about the poor laying of our floor and promises to come and fix it nothing has been done.

Insurance claim from flood, salesman recommended a product which was not what we had originally but didn’t advise that we would have to pay the difference. Best thing to come out of COVID. First come across Flooring Xtra Browns Plains at the home show in Brisbane in about 2017/18 and bought Vinyl flooring for all our bedrooms. Against my better judgement but to save money, hubby decided he would lay the floor himself. Due to a busy work schedule, this took what felt like ages to get done. After saving more money over 18 months, we visited a few flooring shops and didn’t see anything that took our fancy. Jane was prompt and professional, and knew exactly what we were looking for. She brought a great range of samples for us to consider. Would not recommend anyone else for the job!

Matt’s customer service was 10/10, even though they didn’t have a certain product due to not being able to provide it (Contract reasons) they were still kind enough to assist and put us through to the right person that could help. Recommend to others as the staff are very helpful and will go the extra mile

Troy measured up our windows, helped us coordinate the paint colours on the wall and carpet even though it wasn’t a part of his task. He continued to keep in close contact and offer advice throughout the whole renovation process . Nothing was too difficult and it was obvious he had a passion for coordinating and service delivery.

Very prompt responding to our enquiry and follow up on closing the sale. When our issue arose, had to leave message after message to get anyone to respond. Finally an inspection was conducted. Once again phone call after phone call to get an update.... never once was a phone call made to us. After persisting over what seemed like months an installer was scheduled to inspect and advise next step. Never happened.

We first spoke with Flooring Xtra at Bundall, Gold Coast early 2020. We provided house plans, picked out product, received and accepted the quote and arranged install for after handover. The process was great and our Salesperson was the reason we chose to go with Flooring Xtra.

My experience with Castle Hill Flooring Xtra was truly amazing. Their customer service was exceptional through the whole process. Doug was warm & friendly, and extremely patient & helpful. The finished product is amazing. The installers were efficient, professional and friendly. I honestly cannot fault these guys.

I will go back when I get the other rooms done. They were brilliant service was outstanding. Their advice was spot on and did everything they could to help us. Thankyou to Dave and his team.

We met Jane through referral. At the property she offered constructive and professional advice and accommodated our requirements. The carpets were laid by competent installers and the final result was excellent. Gold Coast Flooring Xtra are punctual, neat and professional. The pre and post installation service is commendable. Many thanks to Joseph and the entire team at Bayside Extra Flooring, Victoria Point. From initial contact to removal and replacement of existing carpets time frames were kept to a minimum. Very impressed with the whole business. Communication lines were kept open and the pricing was competitive and very pleasing, if you reside on the Bay Islands and have flooring or blind's needs try this business, professionalism that was most welcome. Polite courteous and left the job site spotless. Will be having my TV room done next. Highly recommended.

We had some tired old carpet that needed to go! Jane came out to do a measure. We then went into the showroom at Bundall and with Jane's assistance we chose a great quality carpet. Within 10 days our new carpet was in and we love it! Matt came out and took away our old ratty carpet & installed our lovely new carpet, he was right on time and made our room feel brand new. We will definitely be returning for the rest of the house when needed. Highly recommend!
