Flooring Xtra Vinyl Flooring

My whole experience with xtra flooring has been fabulous. Michael at Lawnton looked after me.
He was patient and had a great knowledge about what was best for me and my home. Couldn't thank him enough!

My brother and I had the flooring done in our parents kitchen and hallways and right we all couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
The company was very fabulous, suggesting the best product for us and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. The came to the house and gave us a free measure and quote and then the laying of the floor was very professional and looks fabulous. Our parents are beyond happy with the whole process. Sebachtian who laid the flooring was friendly, professional and very helpful to my parents and did a wonderful job.
Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them.

Having dealt in the past with Rosebud Carpets I went all these years later for a floor upgrade in our rental home in Rosebud. Finding the business under the name Flooring Xtra - Rosebud it was a pleasure to do business with James and his team. In difficult times they fitted in with our schedules and completed the job to our satisfaction and on time.

The acoustic requirements and Body Corporate Bylaws in my apartment complex were complicated. Jane was a great help navigating the process. Dale did a fabulous, professional job with the installation

The first time we entered the store we were greeted by Nathan and he’s the reason we bought from the Bundall store. Not pushy at all and listened and laughed. Samples were given to us to take home which Carpet Call wouldn’t do at all. The laying expert that we were provide with was so much of a perfectionist that it took a little longer but the finished product is exceptional

I specifically asked the sales person if i could lay over particle board and was told it is fine "we do it all the time". After getting the delivery it specifically says do not lay on particle board.

I think staff may need to be retrained on product ranges.

The level of professionalism, pride in workmanship and quality of planks far exceeded my expectations, from the showroom to the meticulous preparation and installation. Super friendly and responsive.
I came to Collingwood Flooring Xtra on recommendations from one of my friends after having a terrible experience with another flooring company and hearing horror stories about other floor guys. Collingwood Xtra went above and beyond and I just love my floors. I felt looked after the whole way.

Reliable friendly service at Willetton High Road store right from the first visit, to the quick quote and the professional,friendly installation guy. Slight miscommunication in colour but Dave was very understanding and it was an easy fix. We have no hesitation in recommending this store, the lovely service and this wonderful product.

Highly recommend! From initial appointment with Harry in store to then laying the flooring. Everything was done to a high standard & I was happy with the entire process. Love my flooring!
