you keep sending me take further 20% off already reduced items yet when I go to pay it doesn't take further 20% off, It's frustrating because I actually like the cloths but the marketing is rubbish.

My first order shipped in 2 days, which was great. There was an item that I had purchased that wasn't available and refunded - no big deal.

I submitted a return and it took 8 days from the parcel arriving back at Forcast and an email from me following it up for it to be processed. Customer service was unapologetic.

I received a credit note as it was sale items, and used this to purchase my next order. The order was eligible for free shipping however as I used a credit note I had to pay for shipping. To me a credit note should be a cash payment and should therefore receive the same conditions as other purchases i.e. free shipping.

This order took 2 weeks and a follow up email to be shipped.

The range of clothes is fantastic and unlike any other store in my opinion. My problem is im in regional victoria and two hours drive from a store. If I purchase online and its a sale item I can only get store credit which is such a pain. It stops me from buying from them. I need the option of a refund . Please change your policy so we can continue to shop online out here in the country !

I feel like i never go wrong with Forcast. My entire work wardrobe is forcast. The quality is great, never loses its colour and the sizing is for real woman with a waist and a curvy bottom.

Forcast is my go to brand for my office wardrobe literally half of my entire office clothes are from them! I like the quality of the fabric (not a cheapo) and versatile styles. I can always mix and match without feeling like I have been repeating the same outfit. And the great thing about the brand is that their sizes always fits me well! I've saved a lot of time, I purchase them online. Ah probably just visted their physical store 3 or 4 times when they had their branch at World Square it was close to my work. Highly recommended Forcast!

They actually look really good when I wear the cloths on! Feels good and quality is good compared to price !

However one thing you need to be aware of is some tops and pants are made of polyamide so don’t last long. (Look at materials carefully, Avoid polyamide) Other than that I love the skirts from Forefast, of nice quality !
