Customer service does not exist. I purchased a fragrance for my aunt as a gift and 20days later still have not received it. Have had a reply to my request for a refund... International shipping takes 7-10days but we ask you to wait 21. Poor experience and terrible service be warned

Be warned, if you order two items and one item is out of stock. They will send this order anyways with just the one item. This is bad if for example, your shipping is $30, and the out of stock item is $100, and the 2nd items is $10. This will result in them sending you a $10 item with $30 shipping. This is just their policy.

Am disputing this with paypal as they did not ask and just sent the package. Even though this made it completely not worthwhile to order.

I find this funny from a service standpoint, because even the smallest ebay seller will ask first.

I totally agree with Vish Melbourne. Not only that the price was displayed in AUD and paypal wanted to charge me in USD, but the extra tax added to the purchase was another reason to stop me from proceeding to the payment and completing it. I sent an email to FragranceNet.com and they were very polite in the way they had worded their reply but they could not give me a solid justification for the above. I have been shopping online for sometime with other providers and never charged "tax"on my orders. I am inclined now to empty my basket!

Fake Product? Smells terrible. Spent over $150 at the first shop, regret it. I know there shouldn't be a fake product on a small brand like penhaligon's, but the stuff I bought just smells like a nightmare.

The price will show you in AUD when you log in from Australia and check out would be displayed as AUD but in PayPal charged as USD.
Glad to know I have used PayPal for some sort of protection on the transaction .

My perfume that I received was an obvious knock off. Very disappointed, it smelt like mentholated spirits... yuck!! This perfume is usually delightful, I’m not happy at all.

Googled for Bond N0.9 and found the price at Fragrance.com 35% off of the Brands Site, was very skeptical after reading the many poor reviews but love this Scent so had a punt. Delivered to Aust from US in 1 week exactly.
Packaging all appeared to be genuine and scent matches my previous bottle from the manufacturers site,
Scent is long lasting, if this is copy it is very good copy,

Satisfied customer. I ordered 2 StIves Opium perfumes from Fragrancenet.
I wanted them for a Christmas present and ordered them in plenty of time. When I looked at shipping dates after ordering it stated they would not arrive until well after Christmas (pannic). I contacted them by email and the person sorted it out and my products arrived well before Christmas and as a bonus they gave me a further 10% discount and informed me on how to get rid of the annoying advertising, very satisfied with the prompt service and backup.

. during purchase before i submit the order the system give me prices after discount by Australian dollar.
. the mount they charge me online suppose to be in Australian dollar as Total amount.
. but i find out they withdraw from my bank account the same amount number but with US dollar.
i have send them email through there website and waiting there reply.

I purchased the original Dolce Gabbana (red velvet) the one from mid 90's from Fragrance. Net as its not available in store and I was sceptical as I never buy online but I desperately wanted this perfume again and it arrived in its red velvet box perfect!!! And comparing it to my last one I bought here in Myer the packaging and scent is identical.
I have just today purchased the original John Paul Gautier anotger favourite of mine from mid 90's so I'm hoping for another great positive experience too. I gave only just read the below negative reviews but for me so far I am a happy customer.
My only comment would be that it should be more obvious prices are in USD not AUD!!

I have purchased from this company for many years without any problems. Products have always arrived in good condition whether fragrances or make up. Any queries I have put to them, usually by telephone, have been handled with professionalism and courtesy.

Ordered once only from Australia and I recall it took a bit over one week to arrive (and so it should shipping was about $30). I bought several perfumes at a great price, of the several only one was a bit off but it was an original fragrance from the 80's, the rest were fresh and genuine. I would gladly use them again.

When I asked a customer "service" person about one of their products her reply was "I don't know". She offered no other help.

I have purchased from this company before without a problem, however this time there was a problem, a bad leakage with one of the items packaged. I have tried their contact page, filled in all the details, order number etc. Only to be informed that... there may be a problem with the web page. After several attempts, over several days, I have emailed the company and I am still waiting for some kind of response. I will not be buying from Fragrance.co in future, whilst their products may be fine, their customer service is non existent. Beware !!

FRAGRANCENET is a scam. Only the ist email was responded and was only given a false tracking link. The reason they only respond to the 1st email is so that cancel payment on PayPal are no longer possible.
One week had passed, I was left with unanswered emails, order never arrive.

I have purchased four bottles of perfume within six months from Fragrancenet.

Never had a problem - communication was good with tracking numbers provided, quick delivery from the US.

The bottles I bought were replacements for ones I had used up so I knew what to look for when my perfumes arrived - the ones I bought from Fragrancenet are genuine.

Should have done my homework, should have read Product review first - so upset at myself more than anything. Christmas pressies I thought I was getting a great deal on!! Purchased a heap of after shaves & perfumes for staff thinking I was getting a reasonable price is now going to cost me a whole lot more & I'm not just talking AUD.
These guys have my shipment on HOLD, won't reply to my emails at all! It's been over 2 weeks now and I'm not getting anywhere, I'm talking a shipment around 800AUD I know right!! IDIOT.
Where the hell is the ACCC? I only say this cos there seems to be a plethora of complaints, end of the day my fault please don't make same!
