Collected from Melbourne showroom in Campbellfield. Sales rep took the time to go over every detail with me and has answered numerous follow up questions I've had. Service has been 1st rate.
One issue I had with Anderson plug was fixed within a couple of days under the warranty.

I bought my brand new  MQ15 BLACK SERIES Caravan in early july last year.  From the day i i bought it had issues. I purchased the black Series camper from Sydney, with the purchase first of all I was pressured to purchase over the phone. I however wanted and asked several times could I please pay on the day of pick-up. I found GIC to be pretty good to deal with in regard to the purchase. At no time were they difficult to contact. My trailer was approx two weeks later than originally expected, but they did have a high demand and explained that to me. I had two small warranty repair issues to be dealt with and they were very easy to have fixed. I am in Adelaide, so one phone call verified I could get the work done (after a quote was sourced) in Adelaide from a repairer of choice. Service at the Melbourne showroom was good during our first visit. We were shown the three soft-floor models and were explained in a bit of detail what was included. We walked-away with enough information to continue our research.
Our second visit felt a lot more rushed. It appeared that they were under-staffed as there was only two sales people and the show room was full with prospective buyers and also a couple of groups picking trailers up. The down side of buying a Black Series from GIC, Customer Service is non-existent.

So much enjoyment at having our long thought of brand new camper was taken away by the actions of the company when it came to a simple request to provide a repair kit for the 4 holes in the brand new never been used tent.

Facts are.

They did not follow up as promised.

Camper trailer was delivered on time to the day and with just fantastic customer service...helpful, fast and polite. I know this company has had problems in the past but they have really turned things around and i couldn't fault the guys there in Sydney (speak to Jaime in sales). You can only pick up in sydney or out of a transport yard interstate which isn't good and you have to do the registration yourself, but i was told this is changing with their "showrooms" interstate becoming delivery points. 2 weeks ago I called and ordered a commando. They told me pick up would be in 4 weeks. I asked if I could have it in 2 weeks so I could use it on my annual leave. They said that could be arranged for me.
4 days before pick up, I called them to ask if I could upgrade to the Alpha, as I wanted the 12v battery system.
Not only did they change my order, they said they could have it ready by the same pick up date (4 days later).
