Golfbox would have to be the best online shopping experience in Australia. Their online range is far better than that of Drummond Golf, Golf Warehouse and many others and their prices are super competitive! I live in melbourne and if I place an order before 4:00pm melbourne time, it's usually arrived first thing next day. Sometimes their stock levels could be better, as they might sell out of a particular size, but that's probably a supplier issue and not their issue as a retailer. Always buy my gear through them.

Unbeatable to Central Qld where prices in pro shops are rediculous. Fast delivery, typically 3 - 4 working days from Perth to Central QLD !
Bought a driver that had the wrong price displayed on internet compared to store (I was happy to pay internet price anyway as a lot cheaper than anywhere else). Club arrived with an apology, free cap and refund of the difference - amazing service - they could have kept the money and I would never have known.

Ordered a Callaway mac daddy 58 degree loft wedge on the Sunday, was shipped on the monday and arrived at my door on the tuesday. told my mate about golf box and he had the same great delivery time and great service. Friendly, quick and cheap

Great product ranges as you'd expect. Repeatedly find some long standing members of staff patronizing, arrogant and condescending. Seem more interested in a sale than offering sound advice. They are my local branch but I have found staff at Balcatta and Joondalup to be far more professional and plain friendly.

Purchased 2 Mizuno MP-T4 wedges through their online store and they turned up with the standard Dynamic Gold Wedge flex shafts in them rather than the advertised DG Spinner shafts. Rang their store and told them of the error, they checked their website and realised they hadn't updated it, so they honoured it. I received the new wedges just 2 days later and I live on the East coast.

Really appreciated their quick turn around and no fuss attitude to the error. Would have no problem dealing with them again and would recommend them as a reputable online golf retailer to anyone.

We bought a $100 golf voucher for my mother in law for Christmas from Golf Box Bunbury. It's a very clean and tidy shop, the guy that served us was helpful and cheery. The vouchers are on paper in a little card like thing that they will print out with your desired message while you wait.
