EDIT: Goodlife Browns Plains contacted me and promised for an immediate cancellation of the membership and reimbursed any excess. Not sure if I just had to have the case escalated to the csm but they were professional and amicable with the situation and I’m grateful for the outcome. This gym was great to use but I would suggest making sure to have everything like cancellations in writing for anyone signing up. Read your contract thoroughly.
