Spent big bucks, unit leaked, outdoor install is not to code, horrible after sales service
Spent BIG dollars (4.6k) with the company putting in whole house filter, in kitchen filter as well as a on demand hot water unit PLUS a 10 year warranty. Hot water unit leaked and then stopped working within a year, the leak ruined my cabinetry under the sink (brand new build too) and NO FIX even tho it's guaranteed in their brochures etc, absolutely no accountability. The the hot water unit stopped working completely, they first said it was out of warranty (we paid 10 year warranty and were lead to believe this included everything, were told b...
Read morey sales that they'd even upgrade the unit for FREE when they put out new systems - again lies) and when I pushed they waved the unit fee and said I had to pay for the reinstallation fee, not wanting to argue anymore i accepted begrudgingly. We had plumbers come to do a little work on our taps and they found that great water installers had used click connections on the underground OUTDOOR install, and used indoor rated piping, and that the entire thing was not to code and illegal. Contacted great water and they denied, the sales came and looked and said it looked fine, i told him the plumbers said it was illegal and to get the guy who did the install to come back and have a look or another qualified plumber of theirs, the sales said he'd talk with management and i've never ever heard back from them since. Disgraceful company. Absolutely would not recommend, will prob take them to fair trading soon.

Our water quality is amazing, I particularly love the reverse osmosis filter. Now I also have the household filter too. Even the towels are softer without using softener in the washing machine. Highly recommend installing these filters
Technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and changed the filters without fuss. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

The chiller stopped working, contacted the office and I have been promised the chiller will be replaced, I have also been offered free replacement. Satisfied with the product and maintenance.

Bought a filter from these guys 3 years ago And I am continually impressed at how well the filter still works and how the business reminds me every 12 months to replace my cartridges. The plumber Tom they sent out to install the my filter was professional and got the job done quicker then I thought, would definitely recommend

Have using them for few year, but find that the after sale service is really bad, all they want is your $$$$, sent out the cartridge without introduction, call and ask feel like I’m a trouble maker. If I can remember how many switch I need to switch off before charging cartridges, I won’t call !!!!
When you tell them the water has some taste and ask them to send someone for check (which included in the service when we first sign up) and they refused!! Just tell me to change cartridges which I only used for half year !!!! Ridiculous customer Service .

We have got a new system for reminding our customers to change their cartridges every 12 months. We implemented this so we can reach our database promptly to save our customers time. If you have any issues with your filter system it is under warranty and we can come to your home to check this out. I have been drinking Great Water Filters water for many years now. I feel so much better drinking filtered alkaline water. I love the fact with Great Water all prices include installation by a licensed plumber. The service is always good. The company rings me every 12 months and post out my cartridges for free. Simple to change - just like changing a light globe.

Bought my Elite Series 2 water filters a little over 2 years ago so have had to replace my cartridges twice. On both occasions delivery has been very slow and when the cartridges have arrived they have been the wrong ones. This year I even emailed a photo of the type we needed. Cartridges were sent to the wrong address, even after calling twice to ensure there was no confusion. I would never recommend this company’s after sales service.
