Professional and Efficient
I used Hains for the recent sale of my house and speak very highly of their prompt and efficient service. They returned all my calls, kept me informed of progress by way of regular text messages and everything happened on time. I will be using them again when I purchase a new property in the near future.

Professional. Friendly. Reliable.
I used Hains Conveyancing for the recent sale of my house and purchase of a new house. I thought their service was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and profession firm. Every question I had was answered in a way that I could understand (not having any idea of how conveyancing works), everything progressed on time and there were no issues. They took all the stress out of it for me. Would highly recommend.

I have bought and sold over 10 houses and found this company the most incompetent and frustrating to work with in that I was continually chasing up for information etc and they would never return calls. Happy for [name removed] to contact me to discuss. Pay peanuts you get monkeys -

If you want to pay somebody, and do the work yourself- this is the firm for you!!
I have bought and sold many houses, but never have I had such a terrible conveyancing firm. I was asked to do most of the work. The one question I kept being asked, "Why are you doing this, it is your conveyancers job" I was ignored if I asked for anything, I really began to wonder if I was the client, or a silly little lady, who should do as she is told. At the end, I was willing to not buy the house. The day we moved in, I was sat in tears at the unhelpful attitude of these people. How many ways do I have to say I have no internet, for them t...Read more
o realise I cannot open emails- or send them!!! They made a stressful time, a thousand times worse. I didn't dislike the people- but their work ethics were terrible. I had to ask for paper copies of everything- which I am yet to receive. The money I am owed, nearly $1000, has yet to be sent. Even though I told them I was a FIRB buyer, they still got the stamp duty wrong! I got letters asking for things by return of post- then I was told they didn't need it yet. Getting the searches done was a nightmare, evidently the searches are done when they decide. I had my Real Estate asking for them to be done, and them refusing!! It makes me so angry, that I paid, for the pleasure of being worried to death, and doing a lot of the work myself. The whole thing was a complete con. Avoid them at all cost.Similar opinion? Are lawyers the biggest criminals?
Trusted this company to do conveyancing for us. The work was handled by a student who appeared to have little knowledge of the required laws and made a number of critical mistakes. In the end we had to take the work away and give it to a more competent company. The mistakes almost cost us the sale of our house and the owner demanded more money than was quoted even though only half the work was done and in a very unprofessional manner.
