Physical storeCompletely dissatisfied with quality of product as I lost 2 stones in my wife's band in over the last 13 months. (only worn for 10 1/2 months)
Turned in to replace a lost stone in June at that time had the ring serviced told they insure there work for a year.
October lost another stone They did not hold to there warrantee, I will do my best to continue telling my dissatisfaction of service they have given my wife and I then after they serviced.
Want a store that does not hold up to there warrantee Go to Hardy Brothers.

Online storeFirst time to buy online with Hardy Brothers Melbourne & was entertained by Valentina (sales agent ) who gave me all the attention I needed, explained everything really well & even took some photos of the jewelries I wanted to buy for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Very pleased with the High Level of Service I received from Valentina who was so lovely, friendly, honest & had a great knowledge of the products I wanted to buy & also she really listened to what I needed most as a client. I recommend this store to anyone for their service & also the high quality of the products they have in store. My experienced was really great with Valentina!

I made the Melbourne boutique call the Perth boutique this morning to make sure the watch advertised on their website was still available before buying it. The Melbourne store got back to me saying that the Perth store was keeping it on hold for some customer who had an appointment and would come to inspect it in the afternoon. ... Read morend the website reports the watch to be SOLD OUT just after my purchase. All good, then? Not really. Five hours later, I find out my payment got refunded without even a courtesy call from anyone. I called the main office and I was shocked by the guy on the phone (guys, you really need to understand what proper customer service is), who didn't even apologize ONCE for what happened and didn't even offered me a possible solution to fix the problem. Since they had an identical watch available on the website (just with the steel band as opposed to the leather band), I proposed to buy that one (regardless of the fact that was more expensive) with the condition that they would offer me the same discount they applied on the one I bought earlier in the morning. They refused once again showing an unbearable carelessness towards a problem THEY have created and a snobbish attitude that was really the icing on the cake. All I did was purchasing a watch from their website. And now I have no watch, no apologies, no valid alternative even offered. You tell me if this can even happen in a store that picture itself as a "fine retailer".Avoid. Dishonest and disappointing business.
Physical storeI purchased a diamond wedding band from this company several years ago. I had two consults with a salesperson at their store to make sure the ring was going to be suitable to wear with my engagement ring because of the shape. They reassured me that this was the case.
Well, three diamonds have now fallen out of my ring and I was told by Hardy brothers that that the ring was not suitable to be worn with my engagement ring because it is too fine (the difference is minute). This is the same ring that they reassured me would be ok! Their resolution

Physical storeI went into the Collin St Melbourne Hardy Brothers today wearing jeans and tee shirt to pick up a gift that had already been paid for. The staff (one guy especially) took one look at me and treated me like I was a piece of scum that didn't belong in their fancy store. If the item wasn't a gift for someone I love who wanted this item, I would have asked for my money back. I will never buy anything from Hardy Brothers again and I will tell anyone who is considering their store (in Melbourne, as I have no experience elsewhere) to not waste their time on a store staffed by such arrogant people

Such a disappointment
Physical storeOrdered a ring online. Wrong size was sent. Didnt realise, so went to Collins st store to have resized. When arrived home, realised wrong size had been sent so immediately contacted store for a replacement in correct size to be sent, not for the wrong size to be resized. Days went by and no reply from store. Rang store several times, still no answering call....even though told they would call back. Finally spoke to a staff member, who said the ring had been resized and would be sent out.

Hardy Brothers is NOT an Omega Service centre
Physical storeHardy Brothers do not tell you that when a watch is sent for repairs it goes to their service centre. Their warranty is only one year, not two, which you will get at a Omega Service centre. We paid more than $900 for a repair which lasted less than a year and they would not honour under warranty (either one or two). Make sure you take your watch to an Omega Service Centre, not to Hardy Brothers.

Extremely expensive, and no sense of urgency
Physical storeI brought in a ring for my sons girlfriend, that he wanted to get engraved,it was taken in to the Chatswood Chase store. They quoted $60 for three letters engraved, but it would take a month, which was not suitable, as her birthday was in a couple of weeks.
So, while i was there, I asked about my signet ring, which I had for 40 years, and could barely see the engraving any longer. I paid $30 for it to be sent to Brisbane for a quote. I assumed it would be the same price they quoted me on my sons girlfriends ring... both gold signet rings.... bo

Hardy BrothersAppalling service. This company does not care for customers. Service is slow and arrogant. Expect to pay significantly more than with their competitors.
Horrendous service!
Hardy BrothersHorrendous service from their repair centre when I tied to change a battery in my watch. Very long ETA’s were provided which kept extending. They didn’t call me when they said they would, so I had to chase them all the time.
After a month, when I finally receive a quote the price was more than 10 times higher than their closest competitor. When I refused to proceed because of the high quote and asked for my watch back they still tried to charge me for their postage costs, which they never discussed with me prior.
