Fast delivery perfect dress purchases
Ordered 2 dresses that I had my eye on after seeing both in store, but not in my size. Ordered Tuesday afternoon delivered Friday morning. Both fit perfectly look fabulous and where excellent value, reduced in price even taking into account the $10 delivery charge.

Management at Moonah store have poor customer service.
We purchased a "Jeep" suitcase four months ago. Last month after travelling to Europe, we didn't make it out of the airport building at Tullanarine when we noticed that 2 wheels were about to snap off. Yesterday we went to the Moonah HS store and showed the suitcase to a staff member. He told us that "it is not their product" so we need to take it up with "Jeep"! when we asked for the store manager, the same lack of empathy and total lack of customer service was shown by the manager. amount of money at their store, nothing was going to change her attitude. We shall never again purchase at HS Moonah and from the reviews we read about the "Jeep" suitcase brand, it sounds to us that HS management don't care about quality and keeping their customers. Terrible service. Purchase at your risk, won't get a refund.
Bought a quilt. It was extremely uncomfortable as i was boiling under it.
Took it back to HS in Southland. No refund. They referred me to what's written on their docket.
IKEA do refund blanks but not HS.
Oh well, $250 down the drain.
Never ever will set foot in their stores again.

Have always purchased Miele Vacuums but thought I'd try a VAX. What a mistake!! After 3 uses I couldn't take it, it made a lot noise with terrible suction, hard to manoeuvre, hose kinks and this is on hard floors. I phoned VAX and they were aloof and very rude, pretty much bad luck not much we can do, they completely handballed it to Harris Scarfe. Spoke to Harris Scarfe customer service, they listened to what I said and were so helpful. Within 30 mins I had the store manager (Ross?) phone me and offer an exchange (unfortunately they don't stock Miele) or refund. Thanks Harris Scarfe it's appreciated. I will never buy a VAX product but will definitely shop at Harris Scarfe.

Terrible
Very disappointed in knox staff. Took a quilt cover and material was of terrible quality. Took it back for a refund and refused as it was out of the packet, though I had all the packing with me. I don't know why they sell these poor quality products but advertise otherwise.

Exteremly poor customer service.
Lady at Customer service desk on 10th august 2017 around 1-1:30pm was so rude and in a loud voice when we went to return Jason quilt because as it was clamed for high rating warmth which is not true after using for a week as we noticed. She is so rude that she asked my partner not to raise the voice where we started as she started to raise her voice once she refused to exchange.

Pathetic lack of service
Day off, called into the Geelong store at Market Square- Wednesday 9/8/17 I was browsing came into contact with minimum 5 staff, NOT ONE smiled & said Hello to me.
I walked around the entire store, didn't get offered assistance at anytime.
I will NEVER Shop there again.
Very disappointed

Less than average customer service
I went to purchase a cultery set for an Engagement gift. I was quite surprised to find that in the middle of the day there was boxed cutlery in stacks on the floor as the display had not been finished. After sorting through them I found what I was looking for. the older lady on the checkout was super happy not!!! after asking her a question on walking in you would have thought I was speaking alien. This is the second time this staff member has left her impression on me for the wrong reasons. If you're not happy in customer service don't do it.
Harris Scarfe is usually the place to go but lately it's been less than average and disappointing.

Come to Albury if you want good customer service
I always purchase my linen here. The customer service is consistently good with people sharing knowledge about the products. They have quality sheets, dona and pillows. The store is well organised and people are friendly.

Terrible Service Will Not Recommend To Anyone
A highly misleading company. Products are highly inflated to appear as though when they are on sale you are getting a 'good' deal. Bought some cookware - Products are bad quality and overpriced. Also Witnessed what appeared to be a senior manager talking down to a staff member both at colonnades and marion. Disgusting.

Misleading advertising.
My girlfriend and I went into the shop at southland to buy the jeans on sale for $14.95 (as what we thought) which we found on a table with the large sign showing $14.95 with small word under neath jeggings and until today did not know what jeggings where. Now the stretch jeans where also on the same table at the back but with the same sign both sides, wasn't until we got to register that we where told we had jeans not jeggings. Now if we had made the error I would understand but to have a table maked $14.95 both front and back and say one side is the jeggings and the other side the jeans is wrong and very deceiving. I will not be going back there again to buy cloths if that's the way they advertise. Very very disappointed and angry.

The air fryer works well but very noisy. The top does not seal and so rattles. The fan noise is loud and annoying.

I got an item of clothing as a Christmas gift Didn't fit took it back> They had a "sale" so I selected about $300 worth of goods The original return item was $29. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS A ARGUMENT The prices were not as advertised The 50%off sale although plastered all over the store did not come into effect till the NEXT DAY despite the sales girl said effective now. Dodgy return
So My GF bought me a the wrong type of frying pan. It costed $79.95 and they would only give store credit for 29.95 because that's what it scanned at (after christmas). There was some form of glitch in their computer system saying that the item was already was returned which it wasn't. I asked to speak to the mananger, she couldn't do anything. When I walked out of the store I just fell disgusted. I will never buy anything here again and I will tell all my friends and co workers never to go to this store again.

Worst customer, rude staff, picky on customer
Bought a product from HF at Highpoint shopping centre, took back to store 5days after only because it was not I want and I could not know before I bought it because it was in a locked package. The man called him as store manager assumed: I used it so there is no refund only credit because healthy issue. He even picked in the package. And that is how I bought it from the store.

Low quality
Low product quality, they refused to give me refund after about 1 week of purchase while I had receipt.
Everything is expensive compared to Kmart or Target with lower quality.

Went there for Christmas shopping - Literally one entire floor with no staff!
Harris Scarfe can be an OK place to shop, but I went there on December the 7th for some Christmas shopping to buy some Champagne glasses and plain white crockery - as I came in at around 5pm I noticed it looked like they were closing, so I asked when they closed and they said 7pm, so I thought - Yay! No worries! Went up the escalators, with a huge heavy bag over one shoulder and two heavy bags in each hand, after shopping for about 8 hours straight for my huge family (I had about 15 gifts on me at the time) and was basically hurling myself forw...Read more
ards on sore feet using the momentum of the heavy bags, ANYhoo, I found the set of champagne glasses and thought I should call it a day - then walked (lurched) towards the large register area at the back, and when I got there noticed there were no staff for miles, so turned around and went back where I came from to another large register area to see signs 'register closed' and another unmanned register next to that one, hurled myself forwards towards the escalators and down - lurched and swung myself towards a THIRD bunch of registers - AGAIN -- 'Register closed'!!! Are you kidding me? I thought you were open till 7! Stood on the spot for a minute to catch my breath and think on my next move. Exasperation overtook me. Really? Stood for a bit longer. Kept swivelling around waiting to see a staff member so I could ask where to go to buy the glasses. Probably about 5 minutes, only saw a few browsing customers. Couldn't bear to keep walking in circles to see the same old 'register closed' signs again. so at the top of my lungs (extreme loud outdoor voice, not screaming, but would have been justified if I did!) IS ANYONE HERE? DOES ANYONE HERE KNOW WHERE I CAN GO TO BUY THESE THINGS? ARE THERE ANY STAFF ON THIS FLOOR? And thankfully a lovely (albeit a bit freaked out) man came to serve me and to guide me to the ONLY REMAINING REGISTER IN THE ENTIRETY OF THE DEPARTMENT STORE!!!! Terrible customer service
Will never shop at Harris Scarfe again. After purchasing an item that did not perform as stated I took it back to the shop. Only 2 months later woul not refund my money. Stated it had to be sent back to manufacture.

Totally Disgusted. Puchased this on 27/8/16 took it back to the store on 1/10/16 as I was not happy with its performance. Was told they could not refund as it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer

Never have right stock
