Food is fresh. Recipes are easy to follow and we are sampling cuisines that I wouldn’t normally try. It is also good for portion control.

I find Hello Fresh convenient, I only have 3 meals delivered & Wednesday is my delivery date so I can decide when I have them during the week . I enjoy the change & variety, it is important to view & change meals to suit your palette. Delivery times can be inconsistent & on occasions I've had the incorrect receipe card or missing additives but I can usually make it work . All meals are on the link should this occur.
I'm monitoring the cost to see if this is a more cost effective way to cut overheads each week .

If you forget to order your meals, they will keep billing your credit card forever, and furthermore, won't even give you a Credit for future meals, even if you ask themnicely for a partial refund. Make sure you either use PayPal or a pre-paid Credit Card. Also, it's always better to sign up as a NEW customer than remain as a loyal one, there are 80% off offers for new customers only, and there are no discounts for loyalty with Hellofresh!

Hello Fresh is so convenient for my busy schedule. Quick and easy to cook and always tasty.

Really tasty meals with nearly all ingredients provided i.e. may have to provide oil, vinegar etc. Not had one meal that I haven't enjoyed. You still have to do the cooking but it's not difficult & the end result is pretty impressive! It's not diet food by the way.

Every meal has been a winner. Tasty, fresh and plenty of variety.

The ingredients are very fresh and the recipes are easy to follow with clear instructions. All the meals we have received so far have been very tasty.

Did not notify me that they tried to take payment and did not notify me that my payment was unsuccessful and then did not notify me that they had simply cancelled my first order, so I cancelled my subscription. Terrible communication. Will never recommend this and will never subscribe to this.

My second box so far all good with ingredients maybe the burger buns could of been packed better

Really so helpful to have fresh goods delivered to your door with a plan of what and how to make it. Really enjoying so far. Would love to have more options for dairy free, gluten free and canola oil free

The quality of food is good, and I enjoy it… my kids are a bit fussier though so menu a bit limited for us- so I only do a couple of meals a week.

Switched from another supplier.Had a few issues with delivery but we're solved. So far what I have cooked has been tasty and easy to prepare.

I love the way my fridge is empty at the end of the week with no soft or off vegies left. I wrote asking that you reward loyalty. I've been ordering HF regularly without breaking and rejoining. I did get a quick note back to say I was to "look out" for a surprise in my box, but this didn't happen. My point was HF rewards new customers....how about some sort of reward for the loyal ones?

. One cucumber …a third rotten. Unable to find gluten free meals. Baked vegetables and baby spinach very prevalent. Meals very tasty.

great choices, taste wonderful, easy instructions, and most of all saves worrying what to cook and most of all saves money

I was subscribed for 2 deliveries and within these the onion and zucinni were definitely out of date - I used mine instead and binned theirs. I’m no longer subscribed.

Our family have been using Hello Fresh for at least 4 years now. We love the variety, the options as we still have choice and the fact we do not have to go shopping! It has made life so much easier, as I now need to only buy a few items at the supermarket, rather than do a big shop. It also takes the thinking out of what to make for dinner. My family is a huge fan and always enjoys the meals. Also, the options have improved over the years, so if it has been a while since you have tried Hello Fresh, then try it again.

The meals are really tasty and fairly easy to prepare. Sometimes though the produce is a little sad.

Allows me to cook dinner on busy weeknights without the pressure of menu planning and food shopping on the weekends.

2 people in household, we work 6 days a week. I find the hassle is taken out of what to cook for dinner with HelloFresh as everything is provided and its easy! I do however, find the recipes repetitive. It is cost effective in today's financial world and it is good and healthy and easy to cook. The quantity for 2 is more than enough. If I have to skip a week due to external factors, I do miss it!! More rewards for long term customers would be an incentive as there are so many new competitors on the market.

The quality of the food is indisputable - fresh vegetables, excellent meat, all conveniently packaged for easy cooking. However, my encounter with HelloFresh has been far from satisfactory. I became aware of HelloFresh through a promotional offer while purchasing concert tickets on Ticketek. I was then redirected to HelloFresh, where I was offered a $200 discount on my first meal. As a minor, I was unknowingly locked into a contract, billed $99.99 and subsequently $70 for meals I never ordered. The impression given was of a one-time, trial offer. To my dismay, without providing my card details, I discovered funds had been withdrawn from my account at 1:27 am immediately after my payday. This is unacceptable.

I had ordered vegetarian meals but got non vegetarian meals instead. When I called them, was told that meals can't be replaced nor the money can be refunded . Waste of money for me.

Have ordered more than 10 boxes so far and met my expectations, highly recommended!

All items are really fresh and recipes are delicious and I have enjoyed preparing them.

Literally we did without it for one week and the annoyance I felt about needing to go to the grocery store multiple times absolutely did my head in. I will never go without.

Food is tasty and servings are generous! My husband is just not happy with all the washing up- seem to use lots more dishes than we normally have!

Great variety, healthy and easy to follow recipes. So easy to have just the right amount of ingredients delivered to my doorstep. Overall, extremely happy so far.
