Extremely poor advice, no customer service and seem to not have a real clue about people’s needs and the legality behind it. Emails are misleading and overall very very poor. Would never recommend.

Not really very useful, there are better comparison websites out there. It seems the only one they have that no one else does is Medibank, so I found it was better to use a site which had more health insurers and then compare to Medibank myself.

The supposedly have 11 health insurers. Of these - RT is restricted to transport and electricity employees, GU Health is a corporate insurer only available to companies with special agreements, and BUPA/IMAN/Chartis/Zurich do not offer health insurance policies for Australian citizens. Although BUPA owns HBA and MBF, I noticed these are not listed in the participating health companies.
