High Power Cleaning helped me at short notice with an end of lease professional clean. They arrived on time & performed the job over several hours. They were accommodating with some additional requests outside of their normal clean price (balcony & external Windows). Provided receipt at completion, after an easy online payment via PayPal on their website.

As a past worker, I recommend NOT booking Highpower Cleaning. The owner, Augustine (Augie) has turned over 35 cleaners in 4mths, withheld their pay, given them below average or broken carpet cleaning machines to use, was rude to them and also to paying customers who were not happy with the service. And he pretends he's not the owner and gets people he knows to complete great reviews on this site. Cannot believe this company still exists.

Harry showed up right on time and got started right away. He spent all day going over the large house, and it never looked better since we lived in it. Attention to detail like the window tracks, stove rangehood, and those hard to clean parts along the ceiling were taken care of, Floors were old but they look really good! 5+ stars ... highly recommend!

High power cleaning is one of the most friendliest companies I have ever come across.
The man came out within 5 hours, and removed some terrible stains on my carpet that have been there for a while from our dog, who is always running in and out of the house with muddy feet. Yesterday he came in from rolling around in the garden and was covered in dirt. My daughter was having a couple of friends over tomorrow, after soccer practice. I couldn't let my daughters friend's parents see what a mess our little dog had made. High power cleaning were a big help and I got 3 rooms cleaned for $, that was including the original room.

Saeki comes to clean my house once a fortnight. She is so reliable, she communicates with me via text if arrangements needs to change. If I need to change the date for any reason she is accommodating and nothing is a problem. She manages my dogs, which was a big concern for me initially, AND she does a super job of cleaning my house!!

Cleaners attended to do a bond clean but only completed half the task, didn't do the oven, walls, skirting boards, fans, lights, vents, mopped the floors properly, toilet. The list goes on and on. Cleaners ignored our calls to re attended, so we had to clean it ourselves and have requested a refund but no reply.

I have ordered an end of lease cleaning, they asked for 240 dollars for a studio, but ok, if it is clean. When I returned, there was dust on shelves. Kitchen floor was not wiped, it still had a stain on the place where fridge was. Kitchen drawers were dirty. Shower was not cleaned properly. Cobwebs were still in the corner where fridge was.
When I called “I have an issue with cleaning” line, nobody picked up, though it was advertised as 24/7 line. I left a message and left a phone number - nobody called at all.
I do not recommend using this service.
I cleaned it up myself after that.

On the day of the cleaning the booking contact was rude, aggressive and threatening because I didn't pay the night before. I hadn't even been asked for it. He then charged me $60 more than was quoted. There's no come back if you aren't happy with the job!

Booked and paid when the cleaner rang he had the wrong day fixed that but he was to arrive at 9am no show, manager told me he organised some to come at 1 pm no arrival tried ringing no answer left message he rang back was extremely rude and hung up them someone was to arrive at 2 pm no show manager was rude again got message they would arrive at 3pm no show then about 4 pm they arrived the 2 girls were great felt sorry for them. Never again I think he should have discounted my $450 cost for the inconvenience.

James from High Power Cleaning really delivered what he promised. He was on time (8am) and worked all by himself until 7:30pm! The work ethics of this man is unbelievable! He did great job by getting all the grease off the oven, steamed clean the carpet, wiped the wall and above it all very friendly persona. The price for the clean was reasonable.

booked, paid and they arrived and got on teh phone to their manager and left leving me with a booking at 1 pm and no possible way to look for another cleaner in time for inspection. thanks, guys .. you suck
