Levelling freezer one side has white know like feet other side none and nothing spare in packaging

I got a Hisense freezer with the model number FC260SH in September 2020, it started making a rattling noise after a year and now it's worst. Please what can I do about it? THANKS

Pls I just bought Hisense fc250sh, and I followed the manual for installation.
I turned it on the following day I bought it, for 2 hours.
The wall of the unit was freeze a little, Then I placed items in the freezer, after 2 hours it's neither cold nor freeze and the alarm light is on.
I switched it off from for 10minutes and on it again.

Pls I don't understand what should I do?

Is it right for the alarm light to be on and later cut off? Is it also right for the Moto to stop for some time while the power is still on?

I don't understand why my chest freezer would pick up when turned on and then suddenly trip off,butt he freezer is still on. The deep freezer is no more freezing for the past 4days now.
Secondly is it right for the alarm light to be on? Mine had been on lately. Pls what should I do? Am still in my warranty period,just bought itt in december. Thank you so much

I have Hisense 310L,and when i on it after light was restore, the alarm light was on and never go off but i lower the temperature it went off.
Did that correct the action ?Or did i do the right thing .thank you
