Where to start. I’ve had this mop for several weeks. So longevity/reliability can’t be judged upon. If it doesn’t go the distance you’ll know about it. Warranty is 2 years. I have had my Hizero for about 2 years now and I love it ! Having 3 kids under under 5 I’m always cleaning my floors from food, crumbs to spills ! This cuts my cleaning time by allowing me to vacuum and mop in one go! The only downfall is the solution for the Hizero is expensive when I use mine so often ! I think it would be good if there was a cheaper supermarket solution that could be used !

Best purchase I have made. Being a mum of three young children I wish I had bought this when they were babies. My floors are always spotless with minimal effort, any spills or food on the floors, such as rice and spag which are my worst enemies are not anymore with the HIZERO, I cant rate this product enough, let alone the customer service is amazing. This Hizero mop/vaccum is a game changer. To be honest when I first received the product I was a little overwhelmed with how to clean and maintain the product. However, after reading the instructions and watching a few videos online cleaning the Hizero is a relatively easy process.

Usually every second time I use the hizero I fill up and empty the water containers. It leaves my floor clean and dry within minutes. I havent had it long enough to replace anything on it yet. This is chordless but the charger is a great length.

Battery lasts long enough to clean my 5bedroom house. Only have to fill up the tank 3 times to do the whole house. Floor is left slightly wet after cleaning but dries fast. Cleans just about anything but struggles when it comes to dried foods/spills on the floor especially weetabix.

The best investment I have ever made for my family. Especially life with a toddler. This mop even has my husband cleaning!

I don’t have to refill water tank to often and when I do it is simple. My floors are clean and dry within minutes of finishing. I would like the cleaning fluid to have a more distinct smell so my house would smell fresh and clean after completing.

Cordless mop which I charge maybe once a week and use multiple times daily with young kids spilling food. Floor stays dry so kids don’t make even more of a mess. You need to maintain the machine as any purchase by replacing the internal parts but the service team are so helpful and friendly. It’s my most used appliance and I could not live without it! Worth every cent

Could have a stronger scrubbing effect, as the tiles and grout still need extra cleaning. I have to use a harsher mop to get the tiles completely clean and a stronger cleaning solution

It is definitely the best investment I have made. It saves me lots of time now that I can do sweeping and mopping at the same time. I absolutely love it.

This is amazing! I've struggled to find a mop that would mop and dry quickly to avoid the water marks left behind and this is has changed my life and has definitely simplified mopping. I've previously used regular mops, mop sticks with velcro pads and steam mops and nothing seemed to remove the excess water spillage/marks until I discovered the HIZERO. It's a BONUS that it sweeps and mops as well and makes mopping effortlessly on my high gloss white tiles. I highly recommend this bionic mop to anyone if you want to cut down your mopping time!

Loved it in the beginning. When the hizero mop works it is fantastic and convenient. But then the problems keep arising. I have taken it into the hizero shop more times than I can count. I have been receiving a full water tank code almost every week since about a month after ownership. I clean the unit, I wipe the sensors and do everything customer service tells me to do. Sometimes it works again for a week or so longer other times it needs to be serviced. Sometimes something as little as turning the mop can bring on the code. I am so over having a mop that is unusable 70 percent of the time. I waste so much time fiddling with it. Why won’t they replace my mop????!!!!!

I wish I'd got it when my toddler first started solids! This purchase has been a game changer for me and I feel so much better knowing my floors are clean. Having a toddler and dog in the house meant our floors were always dirty but the Hizero has totally changed that. Super easy to use. I vac and mop the whole house daily, refilling the water tank at least once, and it takes me less than 20 minutes. The instructional videos are super handy. I clean out the Hizero twice weekly and run it through it's self-cleaning cycle once a week to keep it in tip top cleaning condition. You do still need a vacuum as the Hizero doesn't get into those hard to reach places.

My house gets dusty and with teenage girls around, there is always hair on the floor. I use to sweep a few times a day and mop every other day. I love the Hizero. It is very easy to use and handy that it is a cordless machine. It takes 20 mins for me to clean the whole house (3bd, 2bath, 2living spaces, kitchen, laundry). Refill the tank 3 times (rarely need to use the 2nd mode which uses more water) and by the time I finish mopping the floor, the floor is dry enough to walk on.

The hizero has made a huge difference for us! With two dogs and a new baby it’s made cleaning so much easier and quicker. The floor is always dry after a clean and I refill the water tank every day (cleaning twice a day).

Has saved significant cleaning time. Is efficient and easy to clean. Very happy with purchase. I am glad to have choosen this over a robot mop.

Con: How often do you have to refill the water tank? 3 times
Hizero 4 in 1 mop would do less than 50 percent of normal hand mop cleaning in titles. If you have a 4 person family (including children) then you need to use this mop every day. Otherwise you need to refill multiple times and empty two tanks while running with this mop over the same area expecting to get it done. The 10X15m hall needs multiple runs of changing water tanks.

For that price of $750, you can’t even consider it. It could be at least a second mop for any family who wants to do mopping everyday with multiple run over.

As a parent of small, messy children this is a game changer. I love that I can quickly clean the floor after a meal without worrying about waiting for the food to dry before I sweep it. It separates the solids from the liquids, which is why it makes a time consuming job so much easier. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to charge. I think it does a good job - I have white gloss tiles and they look fantastic after I've used the Hizero. The water chambers are super easy to empty and fill, and simply click back into place. The device is cordless, and it isn't heavy to operate as it propels itself forward as it mops. I was cautious about this purchase as it wasn't cheap, but am very happy with it.

For all my hard floors it takes 4 tanks of water.
Love the whole product, it leaves the floors dry enough to walk on and I love the charging dock.
