Hi I have the 10m Holman retractable batch No 1450 purchased from Bunnings it is leaking water badly inside the unit but it doesn't appear to be repairable is it still under the 5 year warranty. Cheers Harvey.

Hi our hose won't retract. The number under the flap is 1647.

If you have your receipt for this unit and it was purchased less than 2-year ago, then it will be under warranty. Going on the batch number it is unfortunately no longer covered by that warranty.

If it's under 2 years old and you have the receipt take it back as the center shaft is probably broken like mine was

Hi. Our Holman retractable hose is constantly retracting, i.e. it's not holding in place once pulled out for use. Is there a way to fix this?
Also, the spray gun has broken - so we are unable to use this either

I purchased a Holman 10 a number of years ago and now the hose is very hard and actually broke in a number of places. I want to replace the hose and looked at the manual but it only talks about the Holman 20 and 30. Can the hose on the Holman 10 be replaced ? The guy at Bunning's did say it was easy to replace the hose and would not be a problem. I would be extremely disappointed if i couldn't replace the hose especially being told I could replace it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good Afternoon
I purchased the 10m model from Bunnings and the hose has split. I purchased this item as it said on the box that the hose was replaceable. I have watch the youtube clips on replacement, but my reel doesn't have the connector inside the reel to disconnect the hose.
The reel still rewinds but the hose is split. Is there something I am missing?

Read moreopen and remove the flap on top and then extend the hose fully until I see the hose connection inside. I then use the metal braces to secure the reel so it can't wind back. Then I unscrew the plastic clamp that holds the hose and undo the hose connection. You will need to undo the hose connection from the hose in order to be able to pull the hose out all together. To put a new hose in is the same method but in reverse :)
Thanks I saw the youtube video on how to change the hose. My version doesn't have the hose click connector or the braces inside the reel.
