Retractable Hose Reel 3200 Series

I have just installed my new 3320 20mt retractable hose reel as per all instructions, and it looks great - the hose pulls out and retracts normally. My issue is that the internal action is quite unpleasantly noisey. Could the internal rollers or bearings be dry and need a little lubrication? If so, how ??

I am sorry I cannot help you with this. Contact the manufacturer but good luck as when I had a problem with the sprinkler and fittings they were not much help

Hi, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. It sounds like the o'rings on the water inlet could need some lubricant applied, this should stop the noise you are experiencing. If you could contact or customer care team on 1300 900 617 or [email protected] we will be able to advise you on this. Thanks, The Hoselink Team

HI Graeme, thank you for your question! Apologies for the delay in reply on this occasion. Just to confirm, are you saying that part of the hose (on your reel) has come off the drum and down the side of the casing? To make this quicker, if you can privately message us with your contact number we can give you a call. Look forward to hearing from you soon! The Hoselink Team.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your hose reel - that definitely should not be happening. We will need to speak with you so we can work out what the issue is, would it be possible for you to call our customer service team so we can run through a couple of questions with you? Don't worry, it is all really straight forward but would be best if you are standing by the hose reel at the time of the call. We look forward to hearing from you soon so we can get this issue resolved for you. Kind Regards, The Hoselink Team

Hi Brenda, thank you for taking the time to leave a question. We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your hose reel. With all hose reels you do find that there will be a slight drop in pressure due to the way the water has to travel through the system. However it may be that you have a blockage within the system, if this is the case we would advise that you reverse the thread. This can easily be done by putting the hose connector (at the spray gun end) directly on the tap. This will push the water through in the opposite direction and hopefully dislodge anything that may be stuck. If this doesn't work then we would suggest giving our customer service team a call and they can give you more options. Kind Regards, The Hoselink Team.
