Bought 3yrs ago but only used after we moved 18months ago was good at first then a piece broke off and now its spraying water everywhere- unusable unless you want to be soaked.lot of money for 18months use

Have enjoyed my 20m Hose reel for four and a half years, it gets extended fully and retracted most days of the year and every use has made me proud that I chose this hose reel. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is now the hose is starting to kink with age, not unexpected but disappointed that when I go to the website to look for replacement hose, I find there is none and no suggestion of it even being replaceable.
So I will put up with the kinks till it totally fails and then put my skills to work and then attempt a hose change.

Great buy use my hose each day to water my garden while my husband does not have to untangle like the old hose good to use to wash bout and caravan

Well we are picky buyers, research the hell out of things and don't buy cheap crap. Was really susceptible about a product that has a big TV shopping presence. But have to say we are absolutely wrapped with the hose reel and fittings, very good quality. No leaks which I've NEVER had before. The trigger is great, lots of different modes. Nice solid fittings, easy installation. Love how you can pick up the reel and put it on other mountings around the house so you dont' necessarily need a reel at every tap. In the future though I think we will definitely buy more reels now that we know they are so good and put them on the most used taps around the house for greater convenience. Great packaging, everything was in one box but well packaged.

A product that does all that it says it will do,easy to mount with all mounting hardware supplied.Just a excellent unit to work with. A great Aussie company and will recommend to all my friends.

Great order and delivery process, just the best hose I have ever owned in my 67years. No more kinks, easy to use retractable hose roller and high quality fittings. Will be ordering another later for the backyard.

After many years replacing burst fittings I decided to bite the bullet and buy a decent hose real. The service was excellent and it looks good. Its easy to use and I do not get wet with the fittings coming off the hose every 10 minutes. I am slowly replacing the rest of the fittings around the yard and would recommend it to anyone.

Always had a belief that these were too expensive, decided to give it a go and cannot believe I have wasted money on other brands. The old story that you pay for quality is so true with this product. While I was assembling the pieces, it was obvious that this product has had some serious thought put into it. Happy to recommend to any one.

We have had the hose for a month now and it’s honestly the best hose we have ever owned. I actually look forward to watering with it. No leaks at all and that’s really noticed as we still have another hose to use in back yard that we pull around and leaks and kinks continually, will definitely replace this soon with another hose link.

This is the best garden hose I have ever used. I love the extending and retractable system and the hose head itself has a variety of sprays from the gentlest of droplets through to a robust spray making it ideal for every situation including washing outside windows. The wall attachment keeps it up off the ground and the rotating system makes moving around the garden easy. I would definitely recommend this product.

Finally I can enjoy watering our garden without battling curls and kinks. The Reel is effortless, and the nozzle is solid and sturdy with a comfortable grip. I just wish I had ordered years ago. Great product and would highly recommend.

I didn’t realise you need to purchase the click on attachment seperately. I purchased two hose reels and can’t use my Karcher. But still a great product and service provided.

Well I do love it, easy to use looks great on the wall and no tripping points. Great quality . Lots of options to use when watering, I find the shower option fantastic.
