Well I do love it, easy to use looks great on the wall and no tripping points. Great quality . Lots of options to use when watering, I find the shower option fantastic.

I'm happy with the Hoselink retractable hose reel I've purchased! I've wonky wrists from arthritis and rewinding my old hose was an A-grade pain! The new automatic retracting reel is just great! Love my hose-link but disappointed that the hose has kinked a few times when using it. Also brought one as a gift for my Daughter and Son in Law for Christmas.

Found it so easy to pull out and retract after years of struggle with my previous hose reel.
Just don't try to pull it out with wet hands as it slips through your fingers which is a minor problem.

Being an older person, it is much easier than unwinding and then having to windup an ordinary hose reel. We use it on water tank and if tank runs out we purchased an extension so we can connect to mains water. I also like the way the connections lock together and you don’t have the problem of them coming apart. I even received a Boxing Day discount on my purchases. Very happy.

As I submitted my online purchase towards the last week or so of Christmas, it arrived before Christmas so was perfect timing and was well appreciated for my son with the weather he was having at the time. The retractable hose wheel is sturdy and houses the hose smoothly. I love the 'lock' feature which prevents it retracting madly into the housing. The hose itself is strong yet flexible. It was very easy it was to install. The hose reaches every inch of our garden easily (25m). I'm very pleased with this purchase!
