Read a lot of reviews and despite some negative ones decided to give them a go. Certainly not disappointed with a great product, works well and now that I have a selection of attachments ( including an additional mounting point) I can move it around the garden and use all my old fittings. As to the hose kinking, thats easily fixed with just a quick shake from the spray end they un-twist. The auto winder works and I have had no problems in the last 8 months.

I'm not impressed with this product at all, the locking device only works when I give it a forceful pull and only sometimes. When it decides not to lock, which is most of the time i have to use all my strengh to keep it from winding back.The springs in the hose return is very tense and wound tight, I regret not going to bunnings to buy a similar product. Unless you keep the hose at full stretch it will kink regardless of what the add says.

Bought a 30m retractable hose some six months ago and haven't looked back. Have previously owned a couple of cheaper brands and all had retraction issues (they wouldn't stay locked when hose was out stretched) but thankfully have not had the same issue with this hose reel.

Would definitely recommend.

I sat on the fence (literally) thinking about this product for years! Wondering how good it really could be. After cracking it big time with my old click on fittings and kinking hose I decided to get off the fence and give Hoselink a go. I've got to say it's truly the best thing I've ever purchased. I love my Hoselink hose reel, it makes things in the garden so easy. I've talked both neighbour’s into buying Hoselink, who also love it. Great work Hoselink, great quality product that works.

My father had a hoselink installed by, repat, the wife admired it, Dad said order one for your self for Christmas. Well they are so good, I just had to give them a Rap, good quality fittings supplied, and great product .I would recommend this product, it was on special so was a little cheaper than usual.
It is just delight to use.

My kids bought me a hose reel for Christmas last year and it is just the best. We recently moved and I couldn't use it in my new home. I rang and ordered an extension but when I received it it wasn't what I needed. I rang back and explained my dilemma and even though It was totally my fault that I ordered the wrong thing [name removed] came up with a solution. In a few days I will be watering my plants on the balcony. The service I have received is unquestionably of the highest standard. Love the product, love the service, love the company. No kinking or tangling, rolls back in so easily, no dripping

After recently experiencing a problem with my 30metre retractable hose reel, I contacted Hoselink by phone.
My call was handled by [name removed] who was very friendly and thorough in her approach to my problem.
She walked me through all possibilities before concluding that the mechanism (in this case), had failed and that the hose reel would be replaced as it was still under warranty.
Within 4 days a new reel arrived and I was back in business and continue to be happy to recommend the company to friends and family. Thank you again for the great service Hoselink.

Exploitation of a great idea to make profit by providing sub standard Chinese products and charging premium prices. The workmanship and engineering associated with this hose real product is sub standard. If I have to right more than fifty words it would be to express my disappointment at the lack of keeping up good product standards at the expense of generating more revenue from loyal and existing customers by offering inferior products...

Cheap Chinese accessories at exorbitant priced

Spend more time than its worth untangling, unkinking and trying to get the hose to lock coming out of its housing or going back into its housing.. The normal garden hoses are good.... but the retractable ones are alot to be desired. I cannot recommend this product despite its claims

I would like to ditto the above reviews. I too purchased a hoselink last year and although I liked the overall hose it did have problems retracting all the way. The ladies on customer service were excellent. They advised on how to fix the problem and although it didn't resolve the problem I was impressed by how it was handled. I ultimately received a replacement and am thrilled. It is exactly what I hoped for. Thank you!
