We are so happy with your product, I was attracted to your products because of your television adverts, I could tell your products were genuine because of how passionate the owner is about his product. We use the hoses everyday and the systems are so easy to use and make life easier for the whole family.

Best hose ever... fittings so easy to attach.... easy to handle retractable reel and very easy to relocate to the different wall brackets placed around the garden.
Ordered it a week before Christmas and although told unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas we received it within a few days.

The hose hasn't kinked yet, so we no longer have to stop watering to find kink,bend down and start again. Please note that if you have recycled water you also need to buy the tap adapter in order to attach to the different thread on recycle water taps, we didn't think about it until installing the hose then had to order that part, a prompt in the order process would have been appreciated.

As an everyday gardener with limited time the retractable hose frees up my time to do other things. My son purchased my first reel for me, and after using that for the last twelve months in my back yard I decided enough was enough and purchased the same item for our front yard. I thank Hoselink for such an awesome product.

Bought a hoselink for Xmas for hubby. He was over excited when he opened it. We will be purchasing more items from them. Like the cover,and connectors. If your sick of your hoses bursting .. purchase one! I don't think you could really disappoint anyone. And you can't beat it.

I am very happy with my Hoselink purchase - delivery was prompt and on time. Even though I am elderly I can pull hose out and retract plus stopping and locking in place as required.I agree that it makes for a trip free outdoor area - most important as we age.

Love this hose reel, so easy & no trying to wind up hoses anymore. No kinks either. Thought it a bit expensive but worth every cent. Bought Dad one for Father's Day too & he loves it also. Highly recommend these - every house should have at least one or more

I have had my Hoselink hose for over 4 years and it was great at first, in the latest few years it has leaked like a sieve from an number of connection points.
I have replaced rubbers, pulled it apart and reconnected the sections back together again for it to continue to leak
It also stopped retracting back into it's cover.
Basely it is a expensive soaker hose and I'm the one that ends up with soaked legs, fortunately I do have another hose which is a cheapy that works fine, does the job and I stay dry.

I love hoselink - I purchased 4 hoselink and 3 hozelock reels 6 years hoselink is still working fine and the 3 hozelock reels are dead after 4 years.
I use a lot of this stuff and the hoselink products will handle the Australian conditions.
I would recommend hoselink to everyone. It’s worth the outlay to buy hoselink products.

Pull it out, water the plants; retract...it's that simple. Mounted on a corner of the shed makes it usable in both directions and @ 20 metres is more hose than we needed. Couldn't see myself using anything else.Thank you for such a great product along with an affordable price to match.

On the timely arrival of our Hoselink reel and hose, it was an easy matter to install. While the installation couldn't have been easier, the instructions were a pleasure to read and very easy to follow. The product design is so good and strong I can expect many years use can be expected. The only criticism is that a masonry drill was not included in the kit.

Great quality hosing, no more kinking hose and so easy to retract. Keeps everything tidy. No more tripping over the hose because I couldn't deal with trying to wind it neatly back up on the hook. the spray nozzle is sturdy and gives nice even spray with no leaking around fitting no matter what setting I choose. Just wish I'd bought a Hoselink sooner.

We recently purchased a 20m retractable hose reel for our elderly mother who has been wanting one after seeing the TV advertisement. Although we had concerns about her ability to handle it she was adamant so we made the purchase. On receipt of the hose she quickly realised that the product wasn't right for her so we returned it using the return postage paid label provided by Hoselink and once they received the item immediately processed our refund. Although the product may not be suited to someone with limited strength and agility the excellent customer service provided made it a painless experience.

I only hope that in the near future you will sell your hose reel with the hose connector with flow control attached, you can charge extra or give your customers the option to choose between the regular or the flow control connector .. I definitely feel that we your costomers would love this optio if offered . Thank you glen

Tidy, neat, easy to use, love the retractable hose. So much more easier than the average kinky hoses we have bought in the past, even though you think hoselink is dearer, it works out cheaper than continually buying replacement hoses. I was so pleased I order another hoselink hose for the front yard.

This is by far the worst product I have ever bought online. It leaks and it very poor quality. I hate it. I hate it. I cant stand it. I loath it and further more did I mention I hate it? Not worth the money, not worth the time. Rubbish, crap product.

Had problem with 30 metre hose reel not locking in position and having to use bricks, etc. on it to stop reeling back whilst in use. Old unit and out of warranty so I pulled it apart in hope to repair it. Found the problem is that internal gears are missing from original assembly process. The unit was always doomed to fail.

We've wrestled with this product since we bought it in December 2011. To use it we have to pull all of the hose out, trap it under something heavy. Otherwise it hauls against us all the time which is impossible to use. We did let hoselink know and they gave us instructions on adjusting it. Didn't work. We should have made a fuss and got it replaced years ago ...
