So glad my wife talked me into it. Have tried all the rest and this is by far the best.It’s everything I have been looking for, I’m so glad I purchased it and the delivery went extremely well. No hassles in ordering and tracking made it easy even for a guy like me.

Undoubtly the best investment in years, i recently purchased my own home and this was on the top of my must have list. Incredibly easy to instal and the length if the hose is perfect, i purchased a spare bracket for the back of the house, but I think i will purchase a second reel as it it a bit heavy to get on and off the wall to move.

This is a great product and I highly recommend it to others. The hose reel works extremely well and beats all competitors I have previously purchased. I now have a very tidy hose reel that looks fine, and works very well. The attachments themselves are also excellent, as was the service.

I have 2 x 30m retractable hoses and the are amazing. So much easier to use and much better quality than its competitors. And the range of attachments and accessories is good to which makes it eaiser with old sprinkles i had from old hoses. I would highly recommend hoselink to anyone.

Just moved into a new house and trying to establish lawn. Hoselink has been so easy to manoeuvre around to the the different sections for watering. Loving watering with no tangles! You can hose to area of yard you need and adjust the option you like and water the seeds gently so as not to damage the soil.

I bought the 25m version of this hose and reel. The hose itself is strong, durable and does not kink like other hoses. The flow is better than all other hoses I have used of the same length. Fittings are completely watertight, and the hose retracts easily without being difficult to pull out. A new feature is the hole in the mounting spigot, which allows the reel to be secured with a padlock to prevent theft.
All in all, the best hose reel I've had. Now saving up for another one!
Could it be improved? Well, it would be nice to have a hanger attached to the reel to store the watering gun when not in use.

Finally bit the bullet and paid the higher price for a good quality hose reel after being disappointed with the cheaper ones failing after only 2 years. Good move, well worth the higher price. Much better quality hose and fittings and great flow rate for our acreage watering. Fast delivery too.

I ordered the 30m retractable hose reel just before Christmas and it arrived the week after. Very happy with the No leak connectors, I thought they cannot be that good but not one small leak and once connected they will not come off under full pressure, just like the add when water sking

Great product first hose that I have ever bought where the fittings don’t leak... amazing. Looks good and performs to expectations... claims all others make but never deliver... Hoselink actually delivers the product they advertise. All our other hoses are now gone and we have one fantastic system that performs beautifully. If only we had done this sooner...

Since my husband passing I always has trouble winding my old hose reel up. Now it is a pleasure watering and the new hose link easy retractable is wonderful . I can use it for both the back and front garden, so eliminating another reel. Couldn’t be happier ... I will be recommending to friends. And have since bought the cover

It is the best hose I have ever used, don't know how I used any other hose before I got it. I can access the whole yard with it, so easy to put away using the retraction. Hosing my gardens is not a choir anymore, I even stand on my back veranda and hose everything from there even down to the plants and dog water bowl on the veranda. I don't even leave the veranda, Its very good for medical needs as I do not use any energy lol. It really is a lazy mans / woman's hose hahahahaha. I love it, it is the best xmas present I have ever received and wow what an unusual gift to get but my god the best ever. thank you my son Tyler and thank you hose link the designer whom thought of the idea

I’m still surprised when I pick up the hose to water and don’t get wet feet or water dripping off my elbow. Great fittings and thanks to the retractable hose reel no more fighting with the hose and it really doesn’t kink. Ten out of ten thanks Hose link. Steve

I am very happy with both the 20m hose I purchased for myself and the 30m purchased for my parents As a Christmas present. The quality of the product is very good, and I was happy with the speedy delivery. I installed it right away and ha e been using it daily with these dry conditions. No leaking or kinking

Fantastic, so much better than our old hose which would be laying around on the lawn after we used it. It's great being able to retract it and all goes away neatly. The hose doesnt kink which is wonderful as it is very annoying when this happens and you have to unkink it. Highly recommend Hoselink.

Bought my first hose reel before Christmas. Delivery was very quick. I had two "cheap and nasty" purchased from the net about 18 months before hand. The first one lasted only 12 months but eventually stopped winding and leaking internally etc.
When my new hose reel arrived I was stunned at the quality. The smooth action, fittings and ease of action was outstanding compared to what I had.

The best you can get. Cant recommend it enough. Dont bother with anything else. I learnt the hard way. Make this your first and only hose purchase. Its reach is obvious but its retraction is spot on at any length. The whole package is unbeatable. My 2 year old son loves it more than I do.

Just love it. So easy to use. Brought for husbands xmas pressie. Got it put up on dude of house to easy with help from son in-law who we very much appreciated the help. Had to hose stolen out the front now I dont need to worry as no tangles water pressure not good enough and no trip hazard. Tucked away very near an tid love it.

What a difference to our gardening now we have one of these. From rattly old ground hose reel that leaked and twisted to this fabulous wall reel . We live on land, have tank water and this works perfectly . The spray gun gives us excellent options ! We don’t waste water, love watering now and wish we had another 3 !
