Hose reel is sturdy and hose is heavy duty and doesnt kink at all. Retractable mechanism works efficiently unlike others i have purchased in the past. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought 2 hose link 30m reels about 4 years ago one in which become faulty around 2 years ago (doesn’t roll up anymore and guide broken) and now today the other has done the same thing.

It’s quite frustrating as I expect something that I paid so much for to last longer I’m now up for two more hoses when in my eye these should of lasted.

I have wrote 2 emails to hose link with no reply to both I would never buy another one and would never recommend getting one of these.

Bought this set for hubby for Xmas as he was so pleased with the last one we put in the back yard. Installed the roller out front and it worked for 3 weeks. Now jamming in the holder and can't get the hose out without major fiddling about. Really disappointed. Cost me over 200.00.

Very happy to buy this product, on time delivery, easy to install and I can retract and replace the hose easily and very smooth. Now I use it for watering the plants and cleaning my car. I bought this product right after Christmas but the product still arrived on time.

It is in arguably the Best hose reel EVER! It pulls out easily retracts easily snaps together easily. It was worth money because it works so efficiently and easily. I recommend it to everyone. Seriously considering buying one for my parents, no tripping hazard no effort required to retract. Ideal.

Easy to set up "My hubby can do it so anyone can" My 4yr old can pull the hose and finds it easy to do so. Only thing he is upset about it that I will not take it skying with us.

So many inclusions when it arrived. Once we figured out how to install it, it was simple. Worked from the first go, and manages the 30m down to the end of our property easily. So many different settings on flow options. Retracting perfectly. Just top quality in comparison.

I can’t believe how easy it is to use no heavy pulling or messy pack up. It has stopped many a tantrum in my house thank you hose link. What a wonderful product thinking of getting my mum (80 years young) one she currently has a cheaper version and it constantly getting jammed and doesn’t slide out or in very well not like our hoselink. Reel is great. Easy to pull out but sometimes sticks before doing back in. Maybe due to being new. Great length hose and attachments are quality. Happy that everything required to install is supplied no matter surface type. It was easy to install with enough hose to place in best position.

I love this product that much I purchased 2 of them. Dont waste money on gimmicks this product does all you need. Washing the car, water the gardens it does it all but more important looks very stylish, clean and compact. I'm now buying another for my parents I just cant watch them use an old hose that tangles and has no pressure. I reccomend everyone to purchase this beauty I'm telling you, you wont look back.

We loved our first hose reel so much we had to get another one. Even the postman struck up a discussion mentioning how much he loved his. Seems they are loved by all and we know why. The 30m length and strength of the connectors is really good and the customer service for any queries are so well dealt with. Dont forget the hose reel guides as if you want to drag it around a corner it does get annoying but I absolutely love the hose reel from hoselink and glad I didnt settle for a cheaper one.

The unit looks great and operates perfectly and has been manufactured to great quality. The hose reels in and out with ease and the hose connections seal and lock together tight ensuring there are no leaks. The multi function hose sprayer provided does not leak and has a handy water lock which shuts to water flow off without having to walk back to the tap to turn off. I highly rate this product.

We ordered two of the 25m Retractable Hose Reel and the increased water pressure is amazing, the length of the hose goes right to the end of my yard. We have been wanting one of these for years and we are so happy we got 2. Delivery was quick and easy to install.

Got sick of every hose kinking and connections bursting and spraying water all over me. So glad bought a Hoselink retractable reel. Sits nicely on its bracket, keeping the garden nice and tidy. Works well. I use it everyday. Hose spray head also the best I have every used. Will be getting another one for the other tap.

Our second Hoselink and just as happy as with the first. Solid and easy to use, always retract which was a constant annoyance with Pope brand. This is a 20 m hose and is ideal around our backyard garden near the house. We use a 30 m for the bigger front paddock and it is also brilliant. All my neighbours are now converts to Hoselink

I bought the 25 metre retractable hose reel. It is perfect. No messy hose to trip over and so far no kinks. I had procrastinated over buying one from hoselink for years. Wish I had of just done it then. I’m now saving up to buy another one for the front garden.
