After years of sub-par products and wasting my time returning retractable hoses from other brands, I have finally arrived in what can only be described as an epiphany. After years of being too afraid to take the plunge into hose-link land, I'm kicking myself i didn't dive in years ago. I have nothing but praise for the prompt delivery, quality built product, customer service and it looks good to. Please do yourself a favor and take the plunge like I should have years ago.

I bought 2 x complete extra flow hose and reels. 1 for my home and 1 for my business which is a mechanical workshop. I am very impressed with the quality, fast delivery and I would only buy from Hoselink in the future should I require this product again.

After procrastinating for a few years about this product I’m kicking myself I should have bought it years ago, amazing product and would highly recommend to anyone, so simple and yet perfect for my situation as I live on average with tank water so no more leaking connections just great.

Mate you can not get better than this guy. The hey have thought of every thing flow control on the connector to easily change out heads for a sprinkler. Kink resistance on the hose is also amazing. My only problem is I wish I had got another one!!!!

After checking out a variety of retractable hoses I came away disappointed Bunnings had nothing that. appealed to me. The missus said why don,t you get one from the bloke on the telly so I did (after checking on computer). Once I was doing all the watering of shrubs etc. I was told the hose was to long or to heavy to drag now would you believe I can't get my paws on the blooming thing. Well done Hoselink a magnificent piece of equipment and it took this 85 year old less than thirty minutes to anchor it to a brick wall. I would appreciate some advice to make the hose heavy to use and I am itching to have a turn....thanks in antipation.

The reel, hose and fittings appear to be made to a very high standard. I was surprised at how heavy the unit is, especially when filled with water. I have mounted the reel on the house wall next to a tap. My wife who is slightly built, has difficulty pulling the hose out. I do not have a problem with it, but little old ladies, be warned! The mechanism works perfectly, as advertised. I like the positive connections and had no trouble adapting a couple of favourite snap on items to the connectors.

I bought 3 x hi-flow 25m retractable hoses to put around my new home. They were delivered quickly, easy to install and they work perfectly. We also use them to fill horses water troughs and the little lever at the head to turn water flow off on and off is fantastic as you don't have to kink the hose to re-attach the head.

Great quality product. It is exactly what they say it is. However, the hose unit swivels slightly past 180 degrees. This caused a small issue for my installation where the casing pushed hard up against some other plumbing. I had accurately set out allowing for only 180 degree swivel.

Easy to attach to wall. Super easy to use. . Hose is a good length, retracts well, looks neat and tidy, I like the interlocking connections, that never come undone and are easily changed. I couldn't imagine life without it.

Quality appears to be of a high standard and operates smoothly. Attachments are great with excellent ideas when operating all together. No more bursting fittings and leake are something of the past. A great investment.

The build quality of this hose is obvious from its first use. Setup was a breeze and it has made garden maintenance so much more efficient. This Hi-Flow model puts out a noticeable amount of water compared to my old regular hose.

My mother enjoys watering our garden as she no longer has one in her retirement home. Our old hose system was very difficult for her to use - it leaked even though we regularly updated the connections, it became entangled and kinked even though we had bought an upgraded hose and was difficult for her to pack away independently. The Hoselink retractable hose enables her to water independently without getting wet and hot and bothered about managing the hose. It is also much safer for her to use. We are about to purchase another one for our back garden!

We have purchased several hoselink products for various uses and the quality remains unchanged. Our latest purchase - the 3325 series retractable hose with high flow output is perfect for our block that suffers from low water pressure. Recommend to anyone.
